  1. +1 on the Z speed from Tarmac, fine bit of kit.
  2. Congrats buddy, enjoy the drive home. I think I was too scared on mine to relax safe trip.
  3. Hell yeah. I'm a Government Compliance Auditor by profession, with a history of Health & Safety, so yeah, that would be BOSS. I'll go for dark green, either tweed or seude (I'm not fussy) with light brown leather patches. YES . Proper sick that bro
  4. Not into this sort of thing, but that is cool as. Needs spacers
  5. Interesting you should say that, I've been thinking about the suspension and wheels since I've taken care of most of the other stuff on my list, but I must admit I don't get the whole "stance" deal. I can see that flush wheels look much better but what else bothers you about the stock set up? When I look back at her in the car park as I walk away, my eye is drawn to the silhouette; the bonnet, roof, tail and I always think to myself how great the Zed looks and that I'd never thought I'd have a car like it. Maybe I'm just not seeing it? Is it arch gap, tyre profile, something else? I'm not having a go (if it comes across that way, which I hope it won't) I'm curious as to what others see that is escaping me. Its all personal preference my friend but I just believe the Z's wheels are very set back into the arch when compared against other standard cars. It makes the car look a lot narrower than it is and a bit 'weedy'. Obviously there are two different spectrum's to this and I think the new phase of cool crazy camber is silly but there is some middle ground. If you like it then good on you....saves you some money I hear you on the spacers, been mulling it over myself for a while, I think I may well just look out for some aftermarket wheels that'll take care of flush finish and put the cash saved from spacers towards them. I won't be venturing into "cool camber" territory, I'm too old for that s***

  7. This place is the nuts. Where else do you get that kind of service?
  8. and let us see the beast when she arrives. Hope you enjoy it, sure you will.
  9. Yeah, it was cool to see even some classics getting put through their paces. Extremely friendly bunch too, I keep being surprised by the whole 'owners club' vibe, as a noob it can be a bit intimidating as everyone knows more than me, but no one gets too TO'd with my questions
  10. Which one is Jenna, abbey or horsham? Also which garage does Priya Rai work in? I'm going there.
  11. Some HQ shots of the other vehicles in action landed today. I think I'm getting all Jaaaaaaaag.... Best of all, the sight of a DB9 getting reeled in by a Zed
  12. Gorgeous motor mate, go ducktail FTW, looks much smoother.
  13. and there's a coule of tablet installs if you have a quick search (the nexus 7 is roughly the same size as the cubby), I'm investigating one myself right now actually. Good luck finding your Zed, seems to be a few north of the border. Careful on modding round here though, very conservative bunch who only really go for OEM
  14. Bargains galore at richer sounds, always are. Isn't plasma what primitive man watch the first reality TV shows on? I'm a bit of a Samsung fan, never the best UI but great images, which is what it's all about.
  15. Congrats RT. I'm sure they'll sleep heavily and command only the smallest time from you and Mrs Biscuit. Before you know it they'll be carbon dipping anything they can reach.
  16. I do enjoy the, "you've never broken the law" line many people like to reflex vomit, particularly as we know all crimes are equally viewed and punished in exactly the same way. So stealing pick n mix can be viewed in exactly the same way exactly as doing 37 in a 30 or murdering 300 people by bombing a building. In some states Death Row is populated entirely by people who drop litter.
  17. Usually fillet, med/rare. If you're gonna burn it, have a burger instead, don't dishonour the cow I generally prefer rump to sirloin as a second choice, but I can be talked into a Porterhouse. No sauces or veg, just spud variant(s) of choice and some French mustard. Any fruity, new world red over £5.99 a bottle to wash it down. Best steaks ever are to be found in Montevideo, Uruguay. Don't tell the Argies, they think they've got it sown up. Recently got a deal on a full fillet for £65 from Sunny Scotland, absolute bargain and tasted fabulous. Was forced to eat steak for days...
  18. My iPad 3 just keeps on trucking. I want an air, cos it's cool n that, but I can't justify it - not even to myself, and I'm usually a pushover on this stuff. In fact, so good is my iPad it has prevented me from justifying either a MacBook Air or a Retina MBP. I feel like I want them a lot, but I can't figure out what I'd do with them that I can't do either on my iPad, or if necessary, wait until I get back home to my beautiful iMac. If I did get an MBP then I'd feel cramped editing movies or photos after my 27 inches on the desk. Grrrrr. Hang on, maybe my justification for an iPad Air is to stop me continually browsing the considerably more expensive MBP Retinas and pricey new MacPro. So I'm actually saving money by getting one, then there's the iPad 3 spare for the Zed ***reaches for wallet***
  19. Watchdog are interested in anything popular, it's not an indication of illegality, just that a decent size group of people "feeling" scammed. I still think Nicky could struggle to prove they have done anything illegal. Anywho, the simple rule is. If a company is too lazy to spell their name without resorting to substituting numbers for words or single letters for words, (see phones4u) they're probably too lazy to provide a decent service
  20. Sorry to read this bud, but glad you're injury free and your mate is still a mate. A confidence knock is something to learn from, I had my first shunt just after passing my test (massive cliche I know) and it helped me re-consider my approach to the roads, which was in big need of reconsideration at the time - not saying it's the same for you mind I guess even if you are extremely familiar with the teeth of the beast, it can still turn round and bite you whenever it wants. You live and learn.
  21. Did bits of it on a California/Nevada/Arizona road trip last year, they tried to give us a Mitsubishi Weinercar so we upgraded: Think it was about $2k for nearly three weeks. Worth every penny. Not the most refined car, but less common than Mustangs and make an awesome racket too. People do look at it, the only cars that really outshone ours were the 'vettes and the occasional Challenger. It's not a patch on a Zed, but it works over there and gas is practically free outside California
