  1. I've used the iobd2 with my iPhone, mainly to get and clear codes from my O2 sensors. It works fine for that. At first I tried to use it also for live data, just because it can really, but I found the connection to be a touch unstable. However, they've done a few updates in the last few months and stability is good. It gives me read outs from the O2 sensors live, not that I have any idea what they're supposed to be I've not got round to checking the workshop manual. On mine it eems two like to be around 0.3v and two around 0.7v FWIW Not tried torque yet.
  2. Classic bird of prey for me, with the fire whilst cloaked mod
  3. They're not as hard going as you think! Find the one for your model/year then go straight for the EC pdf. It's Engine Control. I had a little look but not much more than what Kyle's put. Sounds like they may be useful in future though, with your luck so far. I'm sure a decent Zed specialist or Jap specialist near you can get it checked out licketysplit. Good luck.
  4. Sorry not to be more helpful, but there boot loads of manual stuff here: http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/350Z/ I'm sure one of the actually knowledgable people will be along shortly.
  5. Take a camera, you know what we want
  6. I could do with some of these too, mine are faded badly.
  7. Hang on, lemme get this straight... You own a rag top Zed. You're in a super sunny country. You have miles of open and empty roads. You're a Lady of Leisure. You spend your days going to the gym. Not driving a Zed all over the shop, in your shades, with the wind in your hair, tan fresco como una lechuga? :scare: ¡Esta loca! :scare: Get a cheap flight, you could drive it back in three leisurely days
  8. Interesting to see a pro use a sponge. He seems pretty ambivalent about using either a sponge or a mitt.
  9. I think I'd want it to be liveable as a daily, not just a weekender, so McQueen's actual Mustang from Bullitt.
  10. Looks sweet as, they're soooo tempting. Beautiful Zed you've got there
  11. Yeah, it's reflection from bonnet/roof/something nearby. It's all GM.
  12. Got out the office earlyish today so had some modding time in the bank ahead of the weekend. Not every mod is a big one, I've had a real problem with the blue washer cover/level for ages!!! New colour coded GM installed, well stealth
  13. It's the ebay special Gia Cuzzo, took a bit of fitting according to my man, but he's done a top job. I have thought about coding the diffuser but it's such a nice piece of carbon that I just don't want to hide it under paint.
  14. Thanks GM, well pleased with it.
  15. Looks sweet! I always thought azure was the second fastest colour, but it's actually Twilight
  16. Gutted, what a pi$$er. Sounds like a really unfortunate set of circumstances conspiring against you. Hope you get a decent amount of new Zed cash. Glad you're unscathed.
  17. I picked up some bits for our anniversary a while back and today I got her back from the body shop. Thanks to Tarmac for the spats, Ersen for the LGW and John at St Anne's Bodywork Centre for making everything so nicely and of course the colour coding. Can't speak highly enough of the service there. I think this nicely balances things up all round now, with the diffuser now having some company around the back. As you can imagine I'm extremely pleased with the result and, barring a moment of weakness involving a bulge bonnet, that's it for the exterior, definitely nothing more, probably. All shot outside the home of football.
  18. Just get a 27" iMac, two thunderbolt displays and two thunderbolt cables. Sorted! Basket Subtotal - £4,450.85 Free Delivery - £0.00 VAT - £890.15 Total - £5,341.00 :scare:
  19. I took the list off the web so if anyone spots any howlers do let me know and I'll re-baseline at v2.0
  20. Get a few of the seasonal events done, loadsamoney!
  21. ^^^^^^^^^ I think I love the girl on the far right (location, not political views)
  22. Very nice, I want one of these sooooo much! Just fear I'll need to repaint the bumper and wings too
  23. Looks just need to pop that plate plinth off.
  24. I should reiterate I used the armourall shield on top of the skin defense, for the last photo, which contributes to the gloss and is, in itself, a very good and extremely well priced product, which is stupidly easy to work with. http://www.amazon.co...aw/d/B008IO9M7C Here's a little pic of the bead from th other morning, real rain, not a misting job. This is the AMMO Skin > Armour All Shield > Dod Red Mist Combo I like it, nice n tight.
  25. I've been pleased so far, but only applied two layers. It doesn't repel mud as such but it does make the results after a hand wash appear a very slick clean. With the international shipping fees and import duty, you'd have to order quite a lot of product to make it worth while. It's not so much different from the other sealant (poorboys) I've tried to warrant the increased expense and delivery time. I only went for it because I really wanted to find out what the products were like having really enjoyed the drive clean videos.
