  2. http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/82015-wales-2014-raffle-prizes-tickets/ How have I not seen this, great idea I just hope I can do it correctly
  3. I watched it and I was really disappointed it wasn't about the engineering, I thought there be loads of detail on how they actually make it, not the garish interiors they dream up for people with more money than brains. I'm not down on wealthy people doing whatever they want with their cash, but some of the stuff they have is awful. Case in point, the Rolls Royce picnic hamper. It costs £20k and RR said most people never ever use it, it's just to "complete" the experience. It's just excess weight, get it out! Anyway, the most startling thing I personally felt was how having a truck load of money seems to inversely affect your ability to see when something, or some component, is just plain ugly because of its badge and/or price tag.
  4. Er, didn't they say China is like one of RR top 3 markets in the show? Communism works, just not for everyone
  5. Mine doesn't move around when it's seated correctly, but it does really "clip in" as such. PS - Sorry for slightly off topic, but whilst you're in there, can you confirm if your ashtray light stays on all the time? Mine does and not sure if it's supposed to.
  6. I don't get it, one half drops a nut, the other half is one nut in credit. No?
  7. Unlucky mate. Grit your teeth and bank this one, then keep it filed for some inevitable, future misdemeanour. So at least you've got a, "Remember when you..." get out of jail free card in your pocket.
  8. Looks sweet, nice job, interesting to see how long it holds up. Dan
  9. I'd be tempted by a 350GT, but my mate just landed one of these, loads of car for the cash and with no roof you've got loads of room for transport stuff for your house move, over 30mpg (alleged), totally practical suggestion http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201402282146188/sort/default/usedcars/make/bmw/maximum-mileage/up_to_70000_miles/onesearchad/used%2Cnearlynew%2Cnew/model/6_series/body-type/convertible/radius/1501/postcode/fy14qs/page/1/price-to/10000?logcode=p
  10. Fairly reeks of slave cylinder, FWIW, when my clutch dropped low it was the slave. If Keyser says it, I'd ask them to start there when you take it back.

  12. Might be quite fun if everyone has one, but fairly terrifying if you're up against buses and lorries on a busy roundabout. I can't say I'm that excited about anything that bills itself as "...a near-future environmental and people-friendly mobility solution.". Who writes this s***? What happens when you approach a corner, pedestrian waiting to cross there and it leans in and cleans them up?
  13. You can't really argue with that blend of numbers, decent punch and decent economy isn't that common. If I had to get something sensible it'd defo be on the list.
  14. Man you've been busy, great write up and the vids are a nice touch. Sounds awesome!
  15. I thought I'd dealt with this problem, but they just look so fit
  16. Run out of "likes" for today, ...but agree 100% SuperStu. I've literally never run out of likes, what's the daily limit for someone like you who has "like" problem?
  17. to use an old saying your girl were them sexy high heels that get you going it aint because there comfortable or practice I think that's the thing, right there. High heels I get, they are sexy but impractical, super slammed is not sexy IMO and impractical. Glad that's cleared up. I was doing my confused face.
  18. I just don't get it. I get a drop to reduce the arch gap and spacers to fill the arches, but I really don't get the whole slammed/stretched tyre/top of the rim disappearing into the arch/roller skate/undriveable on all but marble flat surface thing. I don't think it's just cos I'm old, there's something else wrong. I think it's because it's deliberately setting out to sabotage your own car's ride, comfort, performance, aero parts and drivability - all in one go!
  19. Regardless of the safety debate, which has only one real outcome, I'm pretty sure that's not installed in the correct location
  20. Reread what he wrote. I too thought he said LTH WITH cats but he says over cats. He knows haha I think that's why he said he'll send them for coating. Ceramic coating will keep temps down. Or wrap like I did. Plus hfc keep some power at bay. LTH FTW! Please can you post a link or advise what you used to wrap them? Ta.

If I need a clips in small quantities, especially the weirder ones, I nearly always go to Zmanalex as he's nearly always got them in and you know you're getting the correct clip for the job. Just seems a shame to order a few clips on their own, need to get something BIG too.
