  1. Could be up for that. Not a fan of Sun, but there weren't many free options. The official FIFS one is a PITA.
  2. With all these goals flying in, it's anyone's to win.
  3. Just out for a wander, spotted this (probably wrapped) white Zed, JDM rear. Just off Stanley Park Anyone on here?
  4. Just wish you'd use a wider variety of products when you do these tests Epic work. That's a word that's banded around a lot these days, but it is indeed epic. I don't want to be a philistine but the dry look appears to be much the same from the photos, i.e. the paint looks great and reflective. I guess the proof is in the ease of application and then the endurance. Top work as usual.
  5. I only ever see a ginger Zed in LSA. You sure it wasn't ginger?
  6. Cracked the seal on this today. It's a tricky little customer at time. Once the sun hits a panel and gets some warmth in it all it wants to do is turn into a cakey powder, but the cool panels in the shade were really nice to work with. Looks sweet now it's all cleaned down. Just got to put all the protection back on again
  7. My mate's daily is a 530D it's just had an MOT at 246k and needed just a bulb I believe, and it gets some punishment round the country roads and been on a good few track days. TBF in the past he's had bigger jobs to do, but no giant bills. He's done what I did with the Zed and just found a quality indie who doesn't take the ****.
  8. Great colour, wrap looks tremendous. Stunning car. You must be made up!
  9. I'm not worried about the struts, they're solid, just thought a bit of lube would do no harm. Thanks for the tips on the silicone gents.
  10. What happens when it's done? Can you pop the top off and resin up or do you just get a new one?
  11. Opened the boot today and the struts let out a sort of weird moan. They're SGS and only 6-12 months old. It was crazy warm in the car, so this may have been a factor, but if I was to spray some lube onto the shiny bit of the boot struts - what's safe to go on there? I know on the face of it this seems a stupid question but the only reason I ask is I don't want to apply something that eats the seals on the struts. Plain old WD40? I've got some white lithium grease lying around? Chip fat? KY?
  12. I've always had a soft spot for the Audi S8. Fire extinguisher on standby
  13. Shearer, Sheringham, Gascoigne, Pearce, Adams, Macattack and Ince A lethal blend of grit (Pearce, Adams, Ince), silk (Gascoigne, McManaman), brains (Sheringham) and our last complete forward, Shearer - (heading, power, finishing, strength, speed, long range shooting) Sent from the golf club... Fixed those for you lads If I had to blame someone, it's the FA, closely followed by the press. The FA need to do more to promote English youth and free coaching qualifications for people who are intelligent but may never have played the game at a high level. Analysis of football does not require you to have been Pele as a player - see Mourinho, Wenger, Ferguson plus many more. The press love to sabotage England, I think they don't even want us to win as people would be too busy celebrating and not buying the @*!# they pedal. If we're not careful the scars of this tournament will haunt this group of players until they retire. Then the press will go about shattering the confidence of the next lot. Largely a bunch of wannabe footballers, who hate the people out there doing what they can't, because those kids spent their time banging a ball against a wall on their weak foot to improve, instead of studying. All IMHO.
  14. Giving everything isn't the final answer to winning. It's the begining of not getting beaten. Interesting perspective on English football mentality, it's not a tear down of Rooney by the way, it just uses him to make a point. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/sports/soccer/world-cup/doyle-wayne-rooney-epitomizes-all-thats-wrong-with-english-soccer/article19255711/ On other fronts, come on Italy, bang 5 past CR!!!!
  15. TBF fear of the press is a factor when it's easier to be part of a failing collective than the one who tried something and got it wrong. However, the love for Gazza shows we're a forgiving bunch, so long as we think you care. He wasn't even an auomatic choice in the run up to '90. These days you can pick the squad two years in advance and be 90% correct. We hardly made a tackle in the middle of the pitch last night, that's where you win games. If that's not about desire and fight I don't know what is. Danny Wellbeck made the most tackles (3) and didn't even play the full 90 (71 mins). Says it all if you ask me.
  16. Well I'm going to watch "One Night In Turin" and remember what it was like to feel proud when we lost, not empty. I want to watch players who worried about whether or not they'd ever wear the white shirt, not if the garage has space for another Bentley or what colour boots my sponsor will be giving me next week. We might not have been the best then, but we fought the hardest and that's all I ever want to be able to say about England. Where are spirits of these people now? They're not in Brazil, I know that much, we probably sold them for ****ing TV rights and a lifetime supply of footlong Subways. I can't take many more of these performances, I've not felt good about England since Beckham singlehandedly dragged us past Greece with the kind of passion and pride and fight and desire and determination and hunger and sheer-superhuman-will-to-win-however-many-miles-I-have-to-run-and-hits-I-have-to-take that seems to of just evaporated into thin air.
  17. £65 sheets thank you very much Colombia and over 2.5 goals - that's a burn out and about in the Zed
  18. some diet that, suprised you get away with only 4 bog rolls... I eat the bog roll for desert after the pot noodles. Saves time in the morning
  19. How does a week's normal shopping (two slabs of lager, 14 pot noodles, a packet of frosties, four bog rolls and a can of Lynx Africa) get upset by sliding around???
  20. I just posted this in another thread about malware, but just for completeness here it is: Any Mac users getting concerned about malware, there is a group test in the Summer 2014 Macworld magazine, looking at 3 free and 3 paid offerings. I can't find a link, they obviously want to keep selling magazines so may not have put it on their site, but I recommend the mag for Mac users who want to pick up bits and pieces, so go and buy one In order of goodness in their opinion if you want to cut directly to the chase (ratings out of 5): PAID Intego Mac Internet Security X8 - £40 per year - 5 stars (built specifically for Mac, not a Windowz port) ESET Cyber Security - £30 per year - 4 stars Kaspersky Internet Security for Mac - £40 per year - 2 stars FREE Avira Free Antivirus for Mac - 4 stars ClamXav 2 - 3 stars Avast! Free Antivirus for Mac - 3 stars I can't go into the depth of how much resource the hog and % detection of known malware etc, but the conclusion to the piece starts of with this, "Do you need to run a full-time virus scanner on your Mac? The answer for most people todays is still probably no, although there are organisations for whom the added level of security is worthwhile..." FWIW, I keep ClamXav for on demand scans of email attachments, internet downloads and a regular full scan. I picked this as it is super lightweight (only 20MB compared to between 150MB and 1.5GB on the 5 others mentioned above) and scores reasonably well on detection and is FREE! If I was gonna pay, based on this group test it'd be Intego - but I must stress I've not used it.

  22. Did I miss the LSP shakedown?
  23. I'm just not convinced by the Brazilian shape. There's too much in a straight line down the middle, with very little coverage out wide.
  24. Looks mint, great job and nice to see a new project. But if I was being picky... ...with that rear end the exhaust is beautifully shown off, but it could do with a polish on the tips and back box to give em a shine.
  25. Surely not before Andy Townsend or Adrian childs? Sent from the golf club... If there's a group buy going, I'm in 1. SuperStu
