Told you, you'd like it... TBF, I do like the way it goes on and the end result, I just wish I could get an indoor space to apply and remove it.

No mods for a while but I do have a whole host in transit, just waiting to get them on and some paint on the lip after Bushgate. So in the meantime, I gave her some love. Finished off some Meg's Gold Class that's been taking up shelf space, a deep wheel wash with Envy's excellent Evolution, a towelling off with AMMO Hydrate (which is just FAB-U-LOUS!), then something I really dislike doing, a coat of wax - specifically, Auto Finesse Desire. Matt made me buy this in an Amazon sale and I've only used it a couple of times because... I dislike waxing due it being two hundred times easier to quick detail or spray wax. Also 99% of the time the conditions are wrong for outdoor application. Either it rains at least three times when you're trying to apply it or, like today, it's red hot and it's cured before you can even say swipe test . Then you spend 10 minutes trying to get the damn stuff off and find wax dust everywhere. HOWEVER, I must say, after all the faff, I was rather pleased with the results, so pleased I took her for a little drive and some pics A little trip down to the pleasure beach to check out the Hollywood Mums. On to sunny St Annes. And a couple of mandatory close ups. The stupid gulls tried to ruin the whole thing buy leaving a gift (right whilst I was stood there the cheeky bastards) but the joke was on them, as I'd only waxed the driver's side at this point, HAHA stupid birds, who's winning now? After all that, a well earned reward for all my hard work, Jaffa Cake cake. NOM NOM.

I've seen people use Tardis and I've used some different Waxybox samples. Call the fedz, if you witnessed it maybe some else did? Did your Mrs see it? Be good to have a second witness. Any CCTV nearby? They might not do anything but they only other alternative will end up with them coming round anyway

Aliens was the only sequel I thought was better than the first. Even though it's a completely different kind of film. I own a replica M41A Pulse Rifle with a 21st century fox certificate Michael Biehn was a highly underrated actor. Shame his career never really took off. Biehn is defo underrated. It's about time he popped up in a Quentin Tarantino movie. He's really good in The Abyss, another Cameron effort, and Tombstone. I really liked Aliens, but I love Alien, it's so tense and it really builds and builds right up to the chestburster. Except maybe Bladerunner (another Ridley Scott), it's probably got the best set design of any film ever. Back when they made sets instead of standing in front of a green screen. The Director commentary on Alien is one of my favourites too, almost as good as the one for Fight Club. Pics of the rifle (custard optional) or it doesn't exist! Edit: the only sequel I personally think is better than the original is Empire Strikes Back

The first one ruled. Second one is a rare top notch sequel in the Aliens/Godfather II, category; bit different to the superior originals, but excellent nontheless. If they must continue knocking them out, and they must as the world would collapse if something that isn't a sequel/prequel/reimagining/same universe or comic/graphic novel was released into multiplexes by accident; they should go down the route of the time when terminators were rubber skinned and easy to spot. Post apcoclypse is always a good time to set a film (unless it's the new Mad Max, which sucked nuts). On a tenuous link, I've been very much enjoying Arnie's recent work with the meerkats. It's the best Schwareznegger work since True Lies.
