  1. This is moving along nicely, great work
  2. Disappointed. Managed to stay up despite the super bowl drinking game taking a very heavy toll. Gutted for Cam, the Panthers were rubbish and somehow the whole Denver D dragged Peyton to a new ring.
  3. That is a good idea and not something I have considered. Also, has just made me think I could learn an instrument also. Need to justify the potential career change though and not sure what I would use it for. Without knowing your circumstances (mortgage, U.K. based responsibilities) it may not be possible, but given the chance you pick somewhere you like on the map, get capable in the local, combine it with a TEFL qualification and the world's your lobster! As per JP above, the female only track work could be a great opportunity, I'd bet there's women who'd much rather have a crack on a single sex day/event (not to mention a few blokes who'd have no problem taking female tuition). A quick Google and some emails to tracks would tell you how many are out currently there on offer and if there are women asking on forums or contacting them with enquiries. It wouldn't cost a bean to do some legwork and get an idea if there's a market big enough to support a salary after costs.
  4. Pick a foreign language and get some one on one tuition.
  5. Wahey! Mine's in Leeds too. It's clearly the gridiron capital of the U.K.
  6. Yeah the time sucks, I take Monday off to allow an unhurried start to the week and for a gentle expulsion of 3kgs of red meat. You getting into any of the other North American sports Doogy?
  7. Have we got any gridiron fans on here? I've watched the super bowl for many years, no clue as to the game but mainly as an excuse to drink and eat. The last few years I've started to watch regular season games, play fantasy NFL and generally get more into the game - I must admit I find it an enjoyable alternative to the endless premier league coverage and who doesn't like cheerleaders? Sunday evening is also a good slot to wind down the weekend with some sports. This Sunday I can't see past the Panthers and Cam Newton but Peyton might turn up for one last hurrah. Anywho, I'll be attending my traditional super bowl party this weekend, anyone else tuning in?
  8. I get the brakes and tyres bit, but wheels? Where's the gains, the Rays are featherweight and 18s. What would you go for instead?
  9. Bit of extra sound damping doesn't hurt on the UK's intermittent road surface but it comes down to the shocks and dampers. The only way you'll know is to see if you can get a test drive in them both.
  10. On my pioneer, in the settings there is one for Camera Polarity. There's maybe 3 options, one is for it to switch over when there's a battery signal, can't remember what the other two are. I needed to set mine to battery IIRC for it to auto switch to cam in reverse. Try finding similar and toggling through them.
  11. Happy Birthday mate, have a guy 'un.
  12. Well there is a middle way, bit of light waterboarding for the accused wouldn't do any harm...
  13. It's the same isn't it? If you have multiple named drivers on the insurance and you all refuse to say who was driving you'd probably get the 6 points plus fine the same as this guy... but why would you do that when you can take the 3 points for speeding? I missed the 6 points!
  14. That sucks. Is it the same when you get caught speeding, pay £150 fee to not provide details?
  15. Love my DBA T2s http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/104188-dba-t2-discs-with-hawk-pads-new-combo-price-deal/

  17. Get something with a W12 http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201512259659704?atmobcid=soc3
  18. Typo on MOT 'Aug 2017'. Might want to add some pics
  19. I'd just go to my indie and get a quick look underneat to see if there's any leak.
  20. I wouldn't worry about it. Firstly, it's fairly common. Secondly, if you really came under pressure to explain yourself you could say it was an effort to impress when asked about a new opportunity, or that you had something else in the pipeline on that wage, or you were due a raise, or that you misheard and thought you were asked what money you wanted. If they've offered you an amount, they can afford it and they want you. It's not like you've lied about qualifications or having a criminal record or something critical to the job. If you do really enjoy your current role, might be worth mentioning to your boss that an opportunity has come along at £XXXXX
