^^ Agreed Dan I am really taking a disliking to the attitude of Nico, he seems so petty and immature, constantly throwing the toys out of the pram unless things go his way. On the other hand I feel that Lewis has matured, I suppose that is a direct consequence of success (and potentially less pressure). I really can't fathom how the two of them will over come this latest spat. Surely neither want to leave Merc at the end of the season. Seb is clearly frustrated at the moment, he seems to be snapping at everyone. Last season he was a bundle of joy not so much now, although he has had torrid luck. It pains me to say this, but I think Ferrari will finish behind Redbull this season. WHo's you money on for Monaco?

I focus on compound lifts three times a week with two isolation sessions. Eat like a caveman and focus on the heavy lifts for size and strength. You need to calculate your calorie maintenance level and tweek your intake accordingly to prevent gaining unwanted 'bulk' Carbs before sessions unless you believe in back loading.

A set of Monosports finally arrived at the end of last week I am suprised at how heavy the kit is; hopefully a sign of quality.... The plan is to wind them all to an equal set up (most probably the highest and softest setting) and install myself. I will then drop the car off at a specialist for set up. Can anybody foresee an issue with this? Thanks
