  1. Another fine example of the 370z Nismo cruising through Bath yesterday afternoon. Astonished as to how wide they are at the rear
  2. Looks awesome; I have heard that applying heat wrap is extremely time consuming
  3. Great result last night, some exceptional perfmamces and a huge psychological advantage for the rest of the tournament and Rugby World Cup! Off to the Rec now to watch round two; Bath vs Ospreys. Hopefully we wont miss our boys too much who I must add were very impressive last night. COYB
  4. There is lots of info on the my350z.com forum
  5. Has to be self levelling; the washer connection is totally seperate to the headlight. Going to get an autoelectrician to carry out the work as I do not have any electrical experience. Plus I'm not sure how to distinguish each functioning wire for sure. Could do with a wiring diagram for JDM and UK
  6. cheers mate, it is very tidy. Not sure what you mean though? this is the cheapest one around anywhere in the UK at the moment. Have a look all the others like this are up for more than mine sorry Flamez didn't realise that this was actually yours!! Haha! I can remember looking for an e46 M3 a few years back myself but an early one, maybe around the £7k budget. I don't doubt that its priced competitively, just surprised that they are still pulling that sort of money considering their age GLWTS
  7. Nice motor; looks extremely tidy. Strong money for a car that is 10 years old....?
  8. She is a gentle giant at least I call her like this. Personality is complete opposite to her look. 2 years old 40 kg in weight, strong like bull but scared of everything. Sounds a bit like one of our dogs; Jake. Best way
  9. Does anybody have a wiring diagram for the JDM non HID loom? I intend on converting the car to 8 pin instead of fudging around with the headlight as its all too fiddly at this end. From research I have found; "03 non-HID (This is looking into the plug on the headlight) 6 Pins labeled like below 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 - Black (Ground for Low and High Beams) 2 - Light Green (Positive for High Beam) 3 - Green\Black (Positive for Turn Signal) 4 - Red (Positive for Low Beam) 5 - Green\White (Positive for Parker lights) 6 - Black (Ground for Parkers and Turn Signal) Now If we look at the cars loom/harness you can see that the wires are a freaking different colour! Surely I can simply match each wire up in order to figure out their purpose as it all clips together one way? Now for the 06 Bi-Xenon Pin out (This is looking into the plug on the headlight) 8 Pins labeled like below 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 1 - Black (Ground for Low and High Beams) 2 - Light Green (Positive for High Beam) 3 - Green\Black (Positive for Turn Signal) 4 - Red (unknown) 5 - Black (Ground for Parkers and Turn Signal) 6 - Red (Positive for Low Beam) 7 - Green\White (Positive for Parker lights) 8 - Blue (unknown) As long as I match up the function of each wire could I be right in assuming everything should work? The two unknown wires must be for the self levelling feature of which the JDM doesn't have, therefore they would become obsolete. Or should I just save myself the hassle and put the BiXenons up for sale....might throw in a whole car too! Any help would be greatly appreciated
  10. Imagine looking through the spy hole of that door and seeing a dog at eye level looking directly back at you!!
  11. Hi Cal, how did you get on with this? Pretty sure you have bought different lights?
  12. Hi, Has anybody converted their cars 6 pin headlight loom/harness to an 8 pin in order to install 06+ Bi-Xenons? Thanks
  13. Ok so a bit of research reveals that it is slightly more complicated. I need to convert the six pin harness on the car to an eight
  14. So this isn't going to e a straight swap is it!! Old headlight connector; New headlight connector;
  15. So I am half way through a number of little projects; Began gutting the interior for a little make over before xmas; sent the centre console off to Aquagraphix (who were very professional - speedy turn around despite my indecisiveness!) and am waiting to dispatch other items for alcantara treatment. I have a sent off a few items for powdercoating and began the prep work today for installing the new headlights of which I should complete on Monday. Tempted to buy a Z Speed whilst the OEM tray is off

    Torque Wrench

Thanks for the input guys, bought a breaking bar from Halfords, also have their professional socket set which is good and nearly bought their torque but was convinced not to by my snobby old man who only buys Snap-on. Presume Norbar is a happy medium between halfords and snap-on? Will have a think

    Torque Wrench

Any advice of what torque wrench to go for (preferably less than £100 so not Snap-on). Main use will be for wheel nuts. Presumably second hand could be risky due to inaccurate calibration? Thanks
  18. Wow a lot of thought, man hours and cash has gone in to that. It's certainly out there!! Body work looks amazing and love the alcantara
  19. I've been interested for a while now ......trying to save for a house too painful!!
