I posted on my Facebook my obituary to Lewis, who I knew well, I was at LWT when we did the Professionals, shared many a pint with him both at the Studio in South Bank and the Old Bull and Bush in Hampstead where he lived. He then moved to LA and we kept in touch. He's not been well for nearly 5 years, that dreaded cancer again.. RIP my friend. RIP my friend, I have raised a glass to my old mate.
