The Ring is not exactly the best place to go as a track day virgin. Do a few here first I would suggest you use their Suzuki's Swifts, great fun and your covered by their insurance. I have done track days before, just not in the Zed Ha going round on a swift does sound pretty fun! I've got a .177 Co2 AK, amongst a few others. I had a Co2 German sniper rifle from WW2 many moon ago sold it to a collector. I now just go shooting clays with my mate who is ex-British Champ and an international shotgun judge (senior Judge at the Olympics and also on the upcoming Commonwealth Games.) Now here the problem..I can hit 6 to 8 out of 10...he can always hit all 10...

The extra tax is irrelevant, its 2 x tanks of fuel over a year..! But after 2006 you get a better interior and a few more horses, I would trade that off against 2 tanks of fuel.. The better interior though Will can be retro fitted in the older DE ~ bhp difference between the older/newer DE engine is negligible, plus the UpRev supposedly burns a lot of oil according to some. Anyway the tax thing wouldn't bother me but it's worth noting as I've heard it annoying some before. Ye ! I know, I got an April 2006 registered DE apparently its one of the last to roll off the line. Its got the higher tax, which doesn't worry me, because its such a lovely car, without fault.
