  1. Unless they send it recorded delivery they are never going to know if it arrived anyway so just ignore it. If your not expecting anything its probably best not to sign for anything either..
  2. The good bit about a beemer is all those people that wave at you on the motorway....trouble is their forefinger and thumb are touching when they do it
  3. I work in the motortrade so get tyres on the cheap, Im not massively experienced in driving being 21 years old but i do really like these tyres. For the price i paid they do perform very well. Not span out and believe me iv come close!! Very good in wet and can use the power to come out of a tight corner with no drama. I have also taken my friends out in the car and they can't believe the grip level Cheers mate, just interested as i had some maxxis tyres on a motorbike a couple of years back and they were awesome

    Tyre valves

What do you know that only costs pennies in this day an age mate. Better than a flat tyre if the valve fails and all the aggro that goes with that.
  18. It may just come down to whether they deliberately miss-led you or not. If the salesman was unaware of the model differences he may be genuine in his description of the car and feel that it represented a fair price taking into account milage and condition etc. Glasses guide is just that..... a guide. The car may still be worth what was paid for it off a forecourt. Based on this i would approach them in the hope you may get some money back as you bought the car purely because it was a particular model and that was the model they were apparently selling. They may not feel the model differences make this particular car worth any less. So you need to get them to understand why you bought what they were selling. This is the car trade........any forecourt price can be asked and if your happy to pay it it does not mean you been ripped off. You may be better saying you dont want the car as its not as described (if thats the case) rather than trying to get money back. The point about the value that i am trying to make is, its not just a simple case of spec that will determine what its worth its the total package, which is why they will probably feel they haven`t over charged you. Good luck and hope you get a result your happy with.
