The first picture shows the wheel on a flat surface and its clearly not true. Whatever words were used to describe it the intention was to give the impression that there is nothing wrong with the wheel which is not correct. Get it returned mate. Usual thing of ebay is that half the people selling stuff don't know what they are selling, They could`nt tell a good one from a bad one. Secondhand stuff has always been like this with sellers just taking a chance.

Did you get any witness statements and if so the old bill should be interested because failing to stop at an accident is illegal and if people were trying to stop him he must have known what he was doing. People like him should be dealt with more strongly than they are but the old bill dont tend to care once its over to the insurance unless of course he was speeding in the car park Hope you get it sorted painlessly and quickly
