Discretion for appeal?? Then every one would appeal. Your main gripe seems to be that you had to sell quickly, and that you feel hard done by. But to gripe on forum and suggest that the admin team were out of order, is a bit off (only my opinion off course - I may be wrong).

9.6 k, with a lose of 4k, delaer wants just over 12 k...figures dont add up! And I'm still failing to see the reasoning behind "thanks admin team" comment. It aint the forums problem that you had to sell quick.

IMO, would just go on condition. FWIW - I never even knew tail lights were different until I joined the forum. Mines is a 2005 with Xenons and I've never thought..."hey I whant some 2007 lights". I suppose stand next to each other - the model changes might be more noticable. The main one I notice now (and like) is the bonnet on newer models.

If you expect great payrises every year for the rest of your life....what salary will you end up on? As your young, it will feel great to get promotion and so on....but as you get older, these tend to tail off. IMO you've done well. If you feel hard done too....raise the matter with your boss. Just be sure not to ask for too much.....in this climate there may be many who will replace you at your pre bonus pay!!! And remember ...the grass is always greener. If someone was offering me 25% more I'd be off in a shot.

to be fair....the satellite yams aren't much different to the works bikes, probably the closest in the paddock. Think even on a donkey...Cal would still be trying his hardest. Lets hope some more results follow. Would be great to see a Brit in the top three at end of year. Whether Yam will give him a works bike?? Dont think so...its all about cash these days. Shame really. But marquez!!!! Has no fear of falling....which will change. Gifted rider though.

PS4 is outlined for Nov 2013.....BUT as with everything Sony, expect delays. Confirmation of the new Gran Turismo has yet to be released...how long did we wait for the last one!! Still reckon the PS4 is the better bet though. Just have to wait (possibly a long time) and see.

Your 330d is probably your best bet.....although consider A6tdi (3ltr one). They a surprisingly quick.

The cars on ebay are mainly dealers...so a far amount of haggling will be possible. Also the bits you add to a car dont reflect what you get on resale.....I know having spend thousands on my last car. What it does do is elevate it above the others, and helps to sell. Normally returning a car to stock and selling all the bits is the best way to recoup money, but it would kill me to do it to some of the cars I have had...hence I normally lose money.LOL. Your car does look good, and hopefully a buyer will be along soon. You never know, the right buyer might give you what you are after. My last two cars have sold via forums to first viewers as they were priced right. You should take note of some suggestions above (for other forum members)....they arent meant to be harsh, just helpful. GLWTS. And yes, agree Azure is the best colour.

If your car is tip top there isn't much need for anything extra unless your a hidden FI star?....good tyres / brakes...check all fluids. Basically same as you would any track......I mean toll road Oh and I'm jealous!!! Not been for a few years. Good luck and enjoy

as others have said, no probs for tall bods in roadster....im 6ft 4. my reasoning behind roadster was its was only too be used as a toy, the coupe only has two seats as well.....so may as well get the roadster. (and was hoping for sun.LOL) They are less common, and hopefully (I say hopefully!!!), might hold value better. oh and I got my roadster for coupe money....which helps. Only major gripe I have with roadster is the lack of rear visibility, and the odd creak compared to coupe. Try both, see what you prefer.

450 is a great price for seats.....cost me 260 just to get the driver side retrimmed and rebolstered in my old Evo. Triple sticking / special machine / special leather etc etc.
