  1. Sounds like we will be in luck then Worst comes to the worst and it is very wet and rainy, there is a multi story right that the too where the prier begins (entrance to high street etc) so very local to arcades still, plus the exausts will sound awesome not sure how much it is though. Just a thought.
  2. Should be a fair few zeds fingers crossed for the weather!
  3. Cheers man. Yeah boot has to be done. Wanted the bits smoothed over for ages but took a while sorting the spoiler situation so I could do it all in one go. Yours is looking good so confirms it for me that I'm making the right choice of spoiler And yeah bodyshop is splitting them they said they are not sure how long it's gonna take so quoted me 2-4 hours. Hi mate. I'm not sure if you was unlucky or I was just lucky! I don't remember setting out to specificity buy a canbus error free bulbs, but not to say they are not. I really can't remember tbh, think I got something like this http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/251231914595
  4. Did you guys say your gonna have any other mates with you in other cars? I don't think a few of mine would mind coming?
  5. Car is booked in to the bodyshop August 26th Few jobs will be ticked off the list after this! -De wiper filled and smoothed -Nissan Badge removed and locating holes filled and smoothed -Paint and Fit my new Blitz spoiler (custom fitted to allow oem bolts in addition to bonding) -Front canards for the v2 painted and fitted -Headlights split and internals painted Spoiler and Canards Steve giving a mock up of the fitted canards (wrong way round but you get the idea ) Then on a side note, im still wondering about the TS style diffuser. Tarmac made this harder recently by releasing a cheaper version without the vortex generators, So I would run my V1 spats with it. It would mean i would need to reverse my bumper tuck and probably do some cutting at the GTR exhaust hangs quite low in places. Would even maybe be tempted to colour code? Just a thought at the moment though, opinions welcome
  6. Looking really good mate! Look foward to hearing the sound clips Btw I don't think the EML goes off by itself, I think once it comes on it needs to be cleared manually. Usually just the pedal dance if you just want to get rid of the light yourself
  7. Sounds good mate, look foward to meeting some new faces and seeing some zeds I even delayed a load of mods at a bodyshop so I can make this Do we have to pay to get in the sealife car park btw?
  8. Ooo I could be tempted.. Few queries.. It appears there are fixing screws in te middle, I currently have a bumper tuck, will this be an issue (by issue I mean hve to reverse this) as the diffuser mounts to that bit of the bumper I'm assuming? Also my exhaust hangs quite low, (inline with the wheels id say) does the diffuser go back as far as that? Hope I made sense aha Cheers
  9. Hi guys, walking past my car I noticed the plastic trim at the bottom on the front window, where the wipers are etc, there was a small sqaure hole. The other side appeared to have a square cover thing over it. I assume there should be one for this side too? Cheers

    Tyre choice

I vote Goodyear Eagle F1 Assy 2's Tyre reviews they are basially on parr with MPSS (slightly better damp grip and quieter) and cheaper too. Plus they won best summer performance tyres of 2013 by which i believe
  11. More under bonnet bits. After the forced removal of my bonnet stay I got some carbon gas struts to replace it. Muuuuuch better (thanks a lot IAN) Also have purchased a Blitz spoiler which im hoping will be with me tomorrow so with a bit of luck the car will be going into the bodyshop soon for my rear wiper delete to smoothed over (to replace my sticky bung) my rear badge removed and holes smoothed over, and of course my Blitz spoiler painted and fitted
  12. ah nice hopefully catch ya at a meet sometime!
  13. Fitted my bonnet struts this weekend! Looks awesome, and makes a big difference, wish I got a set sooner! Thanks Ian for the great communication and quick delivery
  14. Anther Essex member welcome along mate
  15. Welcome mate, another Essex one here
  16. I like it, photocopying could be hard as they are very curved, but could maybe more easily make a template lay it over and poke through to the holes.... few options to play with! need to pain them yet... gtting nervous aha cheers for the responses though guys
  17. Nice one, assuming as kyle mentioned and there are no marked out holes I think this is how its going to happen. measure like 5 times drill once right aha cheers Good shout mate! didnt give that a thought, I believe the EPracing V2 reps come with wooden canards, so would make sense, although mines a shine one, not sure they come with canards so may not? Either way I shall check as that would be very handy!
  18. Just wondering the best way to fit these to my V2 bumper? in terms of marking out the holes etc. My canards are FRP with a metal tapped hole, so lining up is quite crucial. Just wondering how others have done theirs? Cheers in advance!
  19. Aha thanks buddy! I'm really pleased with them! Yeah I wanted one specifically like that because of that, full length too! And yeah dot worry I'm stocked up on them (thankfully lol)
  20. thanks guys, GM cheers for the link. Gonna give this a try tomorrow morning i think
  21. Ok so just been out fitting my carbon cooling panel and engine cover! Very pleased with them both! The stupid little clips running along the top of the bumper gave me some grief removing them for the carbon panel, had a few casualties but lucky I had spares! Getting them back in wasnt much better with a few alignment issues, but rest assured they are in pleased with myself I went to close the bonnet to realize 2 things. Firstly my panel covers the bonnet stay clip.... (so que imminent purchase of gas struts) so for the time being the stay had to stay in the garage... Secondly I did not remove said clip, and simply put my panel over it, not overly obvious but closer inspection shows the panel will sit lower at the back... so gonna have to deal with them dread clips again! aha anyways some pics (excuse the fading light)
