  1. Thankyou for the kind words guys, its much appreciated Glad you found it a good read, I have full intentions to adding more too, once money permits of course
  2. Cheap for what it allows you to do, and good to have a play with! Though less that £200 you can pick up a brand new 3+ silver edition which isnt far off the top top one (black 3+) atall. (excluding the new 4 just released of course). But the silver 3+ would be the better buy IMO
  3. Belated update. Had a wheel bearing start giving me a bit of grief recently. So a quick message to Cougar Store and I was soon sorted with a replacement item (thanks mate  ) New vs old Ready to go on Car feels so much better as a result, its surprising to see how the dodgey bearing effects the drive, even at speeds where you didnt think the symptoms were so evident! Thanks to my mate jak for the help  As we know buying a replacement part in name of maintenance is never as fun as buying a part in the name of mods. So to compensate I snapped up some carbon battery and fluid covers that popped up in the FS section. Something I've been meaning to get for a while. Also got my windows tinted properly, as the DIY effort was starting to get embarrassing Went for 5% at the rear, and 20% on the rear quarters. Thats all for now, ill finish with some pic whoring some friends took recently Players Few from a recent multi story visit Thanks for looking
  4. Hey mate, how are you getting on with the lights? Would you say being LHD is particualry noticeable/an issue?
  5. Just another suggestion for the future, facelift bulge bonnets?
  6. Really like the look of them, could be very tempted myself. Though just split my pre facelifts and painted the insides aha Great job with the guide too man, would the beam pattern cause issues at MOT time atall?
  7. Haha cheers guys! I love that photo! Another mate of mine took a few too, just waiting on a front end shot from him That sneaky german car was also a mate of mine he wants to sell soon and my (positive) influence means hes going jap next! aha
  8. haha give me a fair few years to save the pennies...
  9. haha dont worry, I think the LED rears are a must have in general! lol
  10. cheers! Pleased with my bit of vultering I was surprised at how bright they are too! Next on the list is a proper window tint job over my shoddy attempt, another trip to the bodyshop to sort out the front bumper they I may of cracked And also some Muteki wheel nuts
  11. Facelift Led Rear lights now on Something thats been on the cards for ages, but as you know they dont come up too often! old vs new old ones on.... New ones... Definatley does bring it upto date a lot more IMO
  12. Im going to be there in the show and shine, first year going so not toooo sure what to expect
  13. You'd want to remove the old wrap before applying more for sure. It's not that hard atall, just a little tedious is all. Providing the paintwork was ok it will be damage free. Removing it, heat can help. But it tends to go brittle so expect to be peeling off in pieces. As I say not hard, just can be a bit time consuming is all.
  14. ah man! ok thanks for your help mate! Is there any checks I can do to confirm/prove which it is?
  15. Hi guys. Have a sound and its really bugging me. Really noticed it on the way to and from trax. The best way to describe what I think it sounds like it when on motorway exits you sometimes get the horizontal lines, it sounds and feels (very faintly mind) that im going over that. It is speed relative and is worse when turning. left being the worst direction iirc. Maybe a bush or bearing maybe? Any help greatly appreciated of course
  16. Wow that's a very good deal indeed! I could be tempted by this!
  17. Right so now the car is back from the bodyshop I thought I better get some photos up! Very happy with the result! Got some facelift LED rear lights on the way shortly from a fellow member, then just need to get my windows tinted again and I think I am there exterior wise Bodyshop said they got some progress shots that hopefully they'll email over to me soon. But for now a few pics of the finished article Canards and painted lights Unfortunatly one condensates up a bit, but asides that very pleased! And chargespeed rear, blitz spoiler. Dewiper smoothed, de badges and smoothed.
  18. Just asked him he said he will have a look Thanks mate!
