  1. Welcome Im near exeter and currently working near okehampton. The 350 is quite rare down these parts.

A 3" exhaust on a turbocharged engine will be good for at least 750BHP, so its not likely to limit an N/A engine, An N/A engine needs an exhaust system that designed around the engines pulse characteristic's, whereas a turbocharged engines biggest restriction is the turbo it self, so anything you can do to make the exhaust after the turbo flow more freely will help power, so doing the same to a N/A engine will just result in disappointment. I personally wouldnt agree with that, i ran a 3" system on my Rx7, it was running 450bhp on low boost, over 500bhp on high boost, still only 1.1-1.2 bar, i swapped to a 3.5" system, the turbo spooled quicker and result in a few more bhp, had i gone to 4" i would have noticed similar improvement again http://www.exhaustvideos.com/faq/how-to-calculate-muffler-size-pipe-diameter/ +1 I ran a 4" system from turbo back on my rx7 helps the turbo spool faster. There are plenty of people that run 5" systems on turbo cars

  5. You'll get most of the power your looking for from a remap complete with a totally transformed drive.

    Well that could be good news. As Ricey has said, check that you have not damaged the oil sensor and/or associated wiring that is in the vicinity of the driver's side drop link. If all good there, I would be pulling the oil pressure switch and checking the oil pressure with a stand alone oil pressure gauge. Alex. Thanks for the help and advice guys. Just jacked the car up checked everything gave everything a good wiggle to make sure nothing was loose and hey presto everythings fine again. Im guessing that i might have just caught the wiring for the oil pressure sender. I will keep an eye on it for a while. Anyway once again thanks for all the help and advice

    Well just checked the oil levels and its just below the high mark so thats not the problem. Whats next to try?

    That was my plan will leave it until i get home from work tomorrow. Its a strange one as i drove it about 300 miles this week without any problems. Any ideas what the problem could be?
  10. Just changed my front drop links on the car, took it out for a test drive and now the oil light intermittantely lights up and at the same time oil pressure gauge drops to zero. I have checked the oil level as best as i can without letting it cool down completely and it seems fine. Any ideas?

    My thoughts exactly. Whilst i know ther not going to be in the same league as spl arms the quality of there stuff is normally very good and the warranty there offering with them it has to be worth a punt i reckon.

  16. I imported a sparco harness bar and like vlad said the cost of delivery and taxes are almost the same price as the bar itself.
  17. Just put your plate in the windscreen. Had mine there for 18 months not been stopped yet.
