My Zed is stock, but I have a beaming smile on my face every time I start her up. With my car history being Vectra's, Saabs and the like, to jump into my Zed and hear that v6 start up.... B) B)

I've seen that one listed has 3 pre-outs. Front, Rear and Subwoofer I'm guessing. I seem to recalling reading somewhere you really needed 5 if you are looking to replace the Bose in the 350 GT model. Was I making that up, as I now can't seem to find it searching through the forums?

I agree with Dave, I think a fitted cover would be a decent option. you'd still be able to have a use for it afterwards too

About 11:30am today. Turned left out of the Fen Ditton turn and headed up towards the Quy roundabout. I tried to keep up and flash but there was a Sunday driver between us!

I grabbed a 54 GT with perfect SH, great all round and 47k on the clock for just over £7k. I paid a little over I thought as it was a dealer, but on reflection it was probably about right. No sat nav, but that wasn't important for me. As with everything, it's all about the price you're willing to pay for what you see. I saw some shockers out there before I settled for mine. Don't fall in love with the first one you see!

Just to follow up on this. I did just around 920 miles last week, and including being stuck outside the Dartford tunnel for over an hour on Thursday, the trip computer said 28.9mpg by the time I got home.

When would these need picking up? I'm about an hour from Wigan and happen to be in Suffolk on Thursday next week. (In fact, then Cambridge area until Sat)

I part ex'd my Saab when I got the Zed. Loved my 9-3, she served me very well. My girlfriend thinks me getting the Zed is a mid life crisis, mainly because she is 11 years younger than me and both fit the stereotype, however, I just think that at 36 I now have enough disposable income to be to afford the Zed, whereas a younger me certainly didn't.

I went to the garage this morning for petrol. The first pump wouldn't work, the second wouldn't nor the third. I went into the shop and said to the blonde girl behind the counter, "Have you got your pumps on?" She said, "No, I'm wearing Ugg Boots."
