As many people said before me: Lots of people doesn't know this is not the case. Under EU Block Exemption rules, using Nissans parts and investing in the correct diagnostic equipment means that Nissan owners can choose to use an independent specialist such as ourselves without affecting their UK warranty and that's the fact.(Company has to be VAT registered and showing Genuine parts numbers on the VAT invoice to be correct.) And IMO £250 for the second service(Engine oil,oil filter and brakefluid with a check over 1.7 hours labour) is a robbery. I offering the same service with Mobil 1 oil and genuine parts for 120 inc VAT and it will not affect your warranty.

Ah thanks for the response - much appreciated and welcome to the forum. It sounds like its coming from the bottom part of the seat so that should definitely help. i will try to get hold of some. Stupid question but most of the seat underneath seems sealed via material, did you just spray up and under? Just try to spray to the contact points where the seat frame moving forwards and backwards. If you are unlucky the noise is coming from the frame itself then you might need to remove the seat (only disconnect the Air-bag harnesses with ignition off !!!) then remove the covers to get to the inner parts of the frame. (If are not far away from me I could do it for you at free of charge as it's only takes a few min.)

What a shame you are too far away from me as I have a 370Z wheels in stock so refurbishment would only be a drive in and out job. thats good to know. how much for forum members?? and do u stock the anthracite ones? I'm only charging what Lepsons would charge for the refurb.(usually around £90-£110/wheel) and another £20/wheel to swap the tyres over. The wheels will be refurb when I book yours in so we can arrange any colour (can be done by Lepsons)

Had the same problem with GTR seats, used "clear grease" spray on seat frame which is thicker then WD40 and it sorted out the noise.
