  1. I'd like to know just how thorough this inspection is going to be,. You really need to know what has gone on behind that pre-facelift bumper which immediately rings alarm bells. Why would the guy put on an old bumper? It doesn't make sense, It may look 'straight' superficially but to be honest like the majority of members on here i really would be tempted to walk. Save your money and buy something honest, it may be a little older, but at least you know what you're getting.
  2. If its in good order it should definitely put a large on your face. I just love those LMGT4 wheels and i'm pretty sure they don't make them anymore . Don't the HR engines have twin air intakes? Oh and to the forum.
  3. and good luck with your hunting, how does that old saying go "all good thing come to those that wait"
  4. And if you're going down the forced induction route with your Zed i don't think you'll have any trouble topping the 320bhp you were getting from your Hyundai Coupe.
  5. Hello and to the forum, and here's to many happy miles of Zed motoring
  6. Hey Louisa, i gave a mate a lift not long after i bought my Zed and unfortunately his dog wasn't keen staying in the footwell so decided to claw its way upon to my mates lap scratching the leather in the process. I have black seats and its claws scratched all the way down to the orange leather. I tried a few things without success then i bought a 50ml bottle of 118 (colour code) black leather dye from TRG. I used a dab of thinners to remove the muck, the sheen and the leather cream, let it dry and then used the brush that came with the dye to apply thin coats. Three coats later and i can't see whereabouts the scratch was. There is a company called Buffalo that supplies leather repair kits for tears and the like and is easy to use. I repaired a tear in the bolster of my drivers seat in my S14. PM me if you can't find the phone number or e-mail address. Oh and by the way
  7. to the forum and Goodbye to the forum. Are you seriously selling it after a few weeks. I'd be tempted to hang on to it as its a Ltd edition, Have you seen how much some people ask for these? Its at least double what you paid. Get your brother to take it out for a run once every three or four weeks, unless the work that needs doing is going to be expensive then get shot (of the car) and get a decent one upon your safe return.
  8. to the forum, and we're still looking forward to some pictures.
  9. Happy hunting, i think you should have no trouble finding something within your budget and requirements. Oh and to the forum.
  10. I upgraded last year after owning a couple of S14's and seriously thought about going for an S15 but even the last ones of these are now over 11 years old and i must admit when the 350's first came out i knew i was going to own one, i just wasn't sure when. I just love my Zed and the creamy torquey power it puts out, I hope you enjoy yours as much as i do mine and all other members of the forum enjoy theirs.
  11. I'd be inclined to keep it inyour pocket and enjoy it, or the way the cost of fuel is going up i'd put it towards a V-Power fund.
  12. I reckon from what you say the price is . to the forum and here's wishing you many happy miles of living with the Zed, the of sports cars.
  13. Hey Wardy and like you i had two S14's and was seriously thinking about getting an S15 but even the latest of those is over 10 years old so i bit the bullet and got myself a Zed and i couldn't be happier. The only thing i miss is the kick of the GT2871R, but the torque of the V6 makes up for it. Its a buyers market at the moment so don't take 2nd best, its worth waiting for the exact spec and colour that you're after. Happy Hunting.
