After much searching and driving all over the place to day i have finally found one that i want. Advertised as a coupe,but my beady eyes could tell that it was a GT and also had reversing sensors. Drove up took it out,mulled it over and paid £5700 for an 04 plate with 65k on the clocks. To top my day off my Accord sold withing 3 hrs of getting home Happy days

Get that GTI remapped and you might just change your mind,those things respond very well indeed. Coming from a VW background i can honestly say that R-tech Power are the people that you want to be using,small company but have the most respect and no negative feedback at all Give them a call.

Does the car throw up any fault codes with these on? What diameter are they?

Going to look at another car later,but this ones an import. It has leather seats and brembo brakes,and bose sound. What spec will this be and will it have an LSD? Thanks in advance.

Too right,these cars are not that rare that i need to grap the first one i see,i have the accord to knock about in so in no rush to buy. Considering non GT's now,i won't ever use cruise control and tbh if i can find one at the right price leather seats are not a must either,i'll get them trimmed in nappa. Must be GMG and as low milage as possible for under £7k

Turns out the car wasn't as nice i i first thought(viewed in the rain on Monday),overall it wasn't bad with the odd mark here and there,but the centre console had a badly fitted head unit and whoever fitted it made a mess of the centre console.The aftermarket exhaust had also been badly fitted and was knocking at every hint of throttle,but the ultimate deal breaker was the shaking car when on the brakes at motorway speed. No thanks Next................

Do they need this service every 4 years?

Going to look at a car tomorrow that has a full service history,but i has just read and out the 54,000 mile service being a biggie. What's needed on this service?

Ok,my second question is how much roughly does it cost to repair the syncro when it goes?

Please bare with me,but i am quite pedantic when it comes to buying new cars,especially brands that i have never dealt with before. Just how common is the gearbox syncro issue on pre 2006 models?
