hi. I'm not an expert but I've had the same issue with that little bit of give in the pedal the first time it's pushed. then everything is fine. if you come off the brakes and straight back on then the play isn't there and it's straight on the brakes. I'm talking play of around half an inch max I guess. just changed the brake fluid today as well and it's still the same with that initial play. so that's two of us. anyone else know what it might be?

excellent excuse lol gotta polish the plenum tomorrow if I get time then looking at hoses and other things to tidy the engine bay up. I can see how this gets so addictive!

yep its the standard nissan B17 paint kit, so just the paint and the clear coat. It does make a big difference when compared to the white poking through but if you get down and sit in front of the bumper you can see where the paint's been filled, doesn't leave a smooth surface at all. But it does the job to clear it up a bit. The picture makes it look better i think because of the reflection. Cheers though, happy it came out as well as it did

80 quid which i didn't think was too bad. didn't really look around though so don't know if they can be had for cheaper or not. Happy with the quality of these though, just see how well they last now

to be fair the camera seems to make it look better than it is but I was happy with the results.

got these from red line on the forum. quick delivery and easy service cheers. anyway couple of pics of em fitted total breeze to fit and I'm loving lifting the bonnet so far then letting them do the work. just gotta get rid of the standard bonnet stay now.

well apart from a very dirty car which is now clean my aftermath was this... Chips galore!!!! However now looking like this 36 separate chips across the front. Hasn't come out too bad considering. Front end respray this year for me i think

How about the MeisterR camber arms that I have already for sale, interested? why am i not surprised 3 pm's already out of interest if your not dropping the height by much do you still need the camber arms?? my knowledge of suspension aint all that

out of interest how come you had the S and not R coil overs? the R means combined damper and springs doesn't it?

just got mine from black circles for I think 210 each just for the fronts plus got that 5 quid mot deal with them.

I've got Dunlop sports max on the rear. didn't find any massive issues with the back being weaker than the front although I had the TCS coming on more often than I've had before. but that might have been because of the spirited driving at the Wales meet. I suppose thinking back sometimes it did feel more wishy washy on the rear but nothing major, but then I'm still a newbie with the car. once the rears get down to the limit I'll be matching them all up then though.
