I was in Cwmbran on the weekend and watched a person trying to park a merc in a space. No cars either side and nice sized spaces. Took her around about 10 mins going backwards and forwards. I was in my car two spaces away worrying she might actually just crash at some point because she seemed to have no special awareness of her car at all. Gob smacking. Getting on to the kind of tin cans people take on holiday can be hard. But it can be easier if your looking to be a commercial pilot on smaller aircraft. I've looked at it over and over. Done some of the ppl training a while back. 37 now though so I'd struggle to find anywhere that would train me up. On the plus side Cathy Pacific apparently do have a more open hiring policy. If you had a head gasket leak wouldn't you be seeing a loss of coolant? Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

If the thermostat is stuck closed, if you take it out it'll just let the coolant travel to the rad from the off. So if that was your problem and it was removed then I guess the car wouldn't then overheat. I'm not expert so best wait for others who know more to reply. Had a stuck thermo on my fiesta and yes she would over heat a lot. Change it out and sorted. I don't know how easy it is to do on the zed though. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

Only thing I could think to do would be to try the bleeding procedure again that zmanalex posted up. I don't get why it's over heating though. You said about that radweld stuff didn't you? If so could that have blocked the rad like you said? Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk

Sorry to hear about your problems mate. I've never done the coolant on the zed but on other cars it never seemed this much hassle. As for Wessex Nissan in Cardiff I wouldn't go anywhere near them.
