  1. Nice looking fit to that kit and the paint work looks really good.
  2. I'm not 100 percent since can you really trust what u read in the media but some have reported that there were 3 takes. He mumbled that word on the first two, then the word teacher on the 3rd take. But like I said who knows.
  3. Cool. Cheers mate. Been a long day and night. I'll get them for sure and get on with spraying
  4. Lol. Think I'm just over tired here sorry so panel wipe is the best thing to use not meths?
  5. Panel wipe most paint shops use, as above and recommended by ed china Lol so ed China said all good to use meth spirits? If so that's good enough for me lol
  6. Sweet thanks for all the recommendations. OK so the ipa and the g tech stuff sounds good.
  7. Cool. Will look for tack rags then. The panel wipes are in think what I've got from halfords. But they are way too much. Hoping to find them somewhere else
  8. Really? Won't that screw the paint between coats though? I was trying to figure out what paint shops use between coats to get rid of the sanding dust but no joy.
  9. Hi. Just a quick question. What cleaning solution should I be using after sanding back the primer, top coat and clear coats levels? I've got paint wipes from halfords but they aren't cheap. Is there a better substance I could use. Something with a high alcohol content I'm guessing? Cheers all
  10. That combo worked a treat for me with the same symptoms in traffic. Excellent - good to know that Stu Will get the car up and get it all sorted hopefully before japfest
  11. Cheers CS. PM replied. That should sort it. Gives me more fun things to do next week lol
  12. Well there's dipping that works on the covers. Otherwise change em out for something different, if that's possible?
  13. Cool. If I can do the myself in will. Changed the massive cylinder a few times of fiesta's. Just up under the pedal.
  14. Cheers Gudzy. Saw a video of it. Need someone to pump the pedal while I turn the beef screw on and off. The process doesn't look too bad. Interested to see how hard it is to change the line though.
  15. Evening all. So had the zed out in traffic today to the dealers down Cardiff. Quite a bit of traffic and started to find the biting point of the clutch getting lower. Never got to the floor or anything but little concerning. As soon as I was able to get up to speed and things cooled down then the bite point was back to normal. So my thought is the clutch fluid over heating. I've got the covers and surrounds off at the moment so that might affect it. Just wondered what clutch lines would people recommend if I decided to change it. Plus I'd want to change the fluid. I've got ate super blue brake fluid. Can I use this in the clutch fluid to improve how it handles heat? From doing clutch fluid before have always just used normal brake fluid. Lastly, how hard is it to fit the clutch line. Can see a pipe that goes around the back from the clutch reservoir but I assume an uprated clutch line is only the bit at the other end? Guess it requires jacking up the front left to get to this? Cheers for the help in advance.
  16. Clean looking zed mate. Definitely that second snow foam is thinner does look shiny though.
  17. Lol sod it. Let's just do a group buy on v8's.
  18. Really good job! Always satisfying to do something yourself ain't it. That's a good sounding polishing kit as well.
  19. Like I said in pm dude, cannot wait to see this fitted! Gonna be a lot of fun!
