  1. Im sorry, but having spent a good 15/20 minutes yesterday researching what was possible so Grundy can fit these wheels, Im not really down with this advice. We have proven to him that hes got various options without downgrading the brakes or getting new rims, and I really dont see what lowering the car on the shittest coilovers available is going to achieve, if you are only looking for the camber then topmounts are a lot cheaper than coilovers. Without being funny, if he'd had some decent advice in the first place he wouldnt have had the problem, to continue giving inaccurate advice isnt going to help. Apologies if that soudns harsh but the guys is going to spend twice what some arch rolling would cost only to achieve a reduction in braking performance, thats crazy. The car needs lowering anyway to get the look I imagine he is going for in the end. D2's are actually very good coilovers for the money, they have near enough the same adjustment as high end suspension. As I have said already, the first comment was in jest. Second one is the most sensible option and the third one is the best if he REALLY doesnt want to change the wheels. And Arch rolling is permanent, the rest of the options aren't. Some people don't like a decision for life your missing the point of the on coming rocket bunny kit with the permanent thing tho
  2. Me too who been playing with the flux capacitor again
  3. speak with kenny at project x
  4. really bad track management tho
  5. dont think theres alot you can do at 70-80mph at about 60 degrees of angle other than pull on the handbrake ad stamp the anchors and hope for the best haha
  6. what you mean not great skill?
  7. why are people getting pissy with the dude it was all a prank put on to expose females im confused
  8. anyone watch the live stream other weekend i missed as at a charity event but this happened, two cars where sent (one 350z) whilst nate hamiltons s13 was still shut down on a live track
  9. i think 20mm is the minimum hub centric you can safely get might be wrong tho could maybe mill off 2-3mm and get away with it
  10. also if thats the 8.5j claim that if it had the correct tyre with its rim protector (wrong name i cant recall) you wouldnt have damaged ya wheels
  11. im impressed you didnt crash and burn they way some memebers go on about tyres
  12. this is how grundys wheel will sit with 20mm spacers so you need that much flare 18x9.5 et-5 note i have coilover giving natural Neg camber and 245-40-18 tyres
  13. dont take it personally will but this is classic
  14. I was wondering that too? Hope you haven't put the 245's on the front Will. Did grundy help you fit them? Seriously though that sucks Will. I'd be pi**ed off to the max. You haven't had those alloys long either so hope it doesn't cost you too much to get sorted. but that front end grip tho
  15. why do you have 225/45/18s on the rears ?
  16. erm ok how did they get there glad you got them but what? hows? lol
  17. and something you aint telling us huh? Do I need mouthwash to interoperate?I hate flash pricks who think they can wave money around and get what they want. #teamtarmac i hate female who will just drop anything for something thats initially better
  18. confirms my outlook and something you aint telling us
  19. although ive fitted the sizes people quote on here and got issue and the size i had fitted got told it doesnt work and worked fine
  20. Cheers! So no need for 30 profile rears? There was talk running lower if the rear is wider... tyre profile is subject to the wdith if the tyre is 275/35/18 the tyre is 275mm wide and the profile is 35% of the width(275mm) high does that make sense? so a 35 on a 245 is smaller than a 35 on a 275
  21. I couldn't agree more, if I knew anything about them I wouldn't have needed to start a thread! The ones I'm looking at say offset: ET40 front & rear (no idea what that means) No sign of any number like 11J - what's that called and I'll ask about it? Cheers! et40 might not fit over your brakes as the mounting face is to close to the spokes with et40 11j is the 95j in 19x9.5 its the width of the wheel in inches
