What im trying to say if i am in a race team 4 of us (eng,scot,wales,NI), We all put £20,000 into a car so there £80,000 invested in this pot, and i (scot) go you know what im going to make my own team on my own i dont get that £20,000 back as im leaving the team as such So if the English, Welsh, NI and Scottish people bought a fleet of tanks and Scotland goes you know what i im going to go do my own thing, do they get to take a percentage, No as they left the team?

Curious on a few things, that i might be out of the loop here as i dont know whats been full agreed, railways and the uk network railway who maintain it, i assume they will only do the UK stuff so the Scottish government would need to sort that out rather fast army as mentioned above all tanks, lorry, planes in Scotland are owned by the uk MOD so if you want out they arnt yours to use anymore going to have to get some of them on order rather quick All benefits that the UK government pays to scottish people will get stopped and the scottish would have to pick that up and make sure they have the money to pay it very quickly, All Uk public sector jobs like nurses doctors police fireman, if the Uk just shuts the payment down to all Scottish nationals in this sector have scotland got enough of there own money to pay everyone off or will the public sector crumble and end up on strike theres quite a few more items like this but i cant see how Scotland can afford to just have all the uk money it gets stopped and go out on its own, in the longer time it might work but for the first 5-10 years its going to be a disaster, its all well having the oil to sell but can Scotland get that oil out and sold fast enough to cover all the other costs ?
