Noting exciting as I am drawing up a sensible list of things to do AFTER her coilovers go on in a few weeks time. Removed the two pin stripes that ran full length of the car both sides yesterday for a smoother look. They were non standard too. The line you can see on the photo is just the panel line now. Classic black metal plates with silver lettering going on this weekend so will share then.

All. As in previous years I have booked us a club stand at the very popular Incarnation show in Brighton. Brighton seafront car show organised by Ace Cafe London Sat 4thApril 10am-6pm. There are lots of club stands and if the cars, pebbled beach and sea view isn't enough you can always go for a wander around the Pier / arcades/ shops! I have a stand booked for 350z-uk, all Zeds welcome but we only have 15 spaces ! which is not many so first come first served basis. The show is a gathering of many car clubs and stretches the length of Maderia drive on Brighton seafront adjacent to the famous pier. You will need to be parked up sharp on our stand no later than 8.45am and will be expected to be there until late afternoon unless in an emergency you need to leave early. Focusing on the individuals who drive and their passions, and open to all motor fans and enthusiasts, from classic cars, hot rods, street-tuned racers, through to hot exotic supercars, prizes and awards will be up for grabs on the day. We have had a number of instances in the past when meets were arranged and people let the organisers down at the very last minute. Please, please remember that members go out of their way to arrange these meets for all of OUR benefit. We don't have to do ANYTHING other than put our names down and turn up. If you have any doubts about attending DO NOT put your name on the list, especially for meets like this one where numbers are limited. We all understand that life does get in the way some times which means that you can't attend, if this happens please let me know as soon as you can, please do not leave it until the last minute to cancel unless it is absolutely unavoidable. The event is not weather dependent so if it turns against us and you have put your name down you need to be committed even if its raining on the day. Pre show meet details to follow once we have the 15 spaces taken up. Please add your name, car reg and model to the list below. Copy and paste to keep the list running please. Bit more than I paid but that was 4 years ago. I would go for it because the job will be done spot on and he is the main man for these. You wont be disappointed. Sending him my regards (Martin). He did ALL the work on my car.

Buy it and have Taras at RTP fit it. Its not a straight fit and needs fettling. Plenty have brought them and expected them to be a straight bolt on and moaned that they are not. Taras copied and improved the original mold years ago and has fitted many for members on here.
-
Nice cars. Chargespeed rear bumpers on them both would finish them nicely.
-
RT Performance Wembley Way. Speak to the owner Taras. Used to be a member trader here. Does servicing and lots of aftermarket z stuff like the chargespeed rear bumper. Did all the work on my old 350z and for many others on here. http://rt-performance.co.uk/

welcome, enjoy the journey. -
Get the lockable custom ones. Cheap as chips. Google is your friend. Just one example below. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Richbrook-Spinning-Anti-Theft-Silver-Alloy/dp/B0039OA4OG/ref=asc_df_B0039OA4OG/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310513207083&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=13355355171367245284&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045999&hvtargid=aud-857761465096:pla-619850721061&psc=1

The choice is endless. Personally I think they set the rims off nicely. I had purple ones on my asterism Work Emotions. Stock plastic would have spoiled their look. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_odkw=custom+valve+caps&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=+valve+caps&_sacat=0

Andy. I mentioned Wassos build to you during our many chats. He had his done at the z shed and the wiring loom was the big headache. See you soon mate.
-
I had custom ones on my 370z Nismo and 350z. The key is making sure they are greased every time you check your tyre pressures which I did every two weeks as a matter of good practice. Do this and you will be fine if you want to avoid using the black plastic ones.

Payco replied to andy james's topic in National Events & Shows
Will try and make this assuming I can bring the old girl on our stand Andy ?. Wont be offended if not. -
Offered me £21,500 when they saw my Nismo in the flesh but I managed to sell her for £23k so depends on how desperate to sale you are.
-
got a copy. Well done mate.
-
Out of interest what did webuyanycar.com offer you ?. Its a great car for someone but having struggled to sell my Nismo last year I know how tough it can be.
-
Will be going to plenty Andy so will PM you as and when I am attending, plus all our z meets of course.
-
We have one that in my opinion is better. Have a look at Simons rocket bunny on here.
-
they will both be present.

She drove lovely. So much fun. I love all the little touches like the folding ash trays in the back of the seats etc etc. Shes being tuned and serviced in a couple of weeks but she runs fine. Oil is like honey,

Small update. Got her running for the first time Saturday as she wouldn't fire. Removed the airbox, opened up the pistons on the carbs and injected some petrol in her. Bingo, she fired and purred like a cat. Took her out for a little run (not UK registered yet) and I couldn't stop smiling. Interesting driving a car with now PAS though. Spent the weekend cleaning her and going over the car and shes in incredible condition. First job was to remove the aftermarket spot lights on the front bumper. She looks much better without them. Removed some jap non standard stickers etc and gave the inside a good clean. Some before and after photos with and without spots and the interior. Next up is to fit a nice new period aerial. Coilovers nearly finished so that arch gap will close soon.
