  1. Is it a JWT ?. I may still have my paperwork fitting instructions from 18 months ago. I will have a search tonight and scan it in if I do for you. Very easy, 30 min job. Payco
  2. Schoolboy error not checking it when you viewed the car really. Hope you get it sorted. As previous post says i would be surprised if anyone who purchased a z didnt bother to service the car. Hope you call to find out they have the paperwork there with them. Payco

  8. Looking very nice Paddy. Like the work on the front splitter. Payco
  9. Paddy Invest in a dremel and some polishing mops and get started on those timing covers. Took me a while but well worth it.. Payco
  10. Can do a lot better than that for £7k. Be patient, have a look on the forum. Plenty around so no need to jump at the first thing you see. Its about condition and servicing rather than mileage but still say you should be able to do much better with your budget. Payco
  11. Wasso plenum spacer will be better. PM Wasso although he isnt around much for personal reason at the moment. Payco
  12. Gareth, me too but dont worry. I wanted people views so appreciat it. Payco

  14. I agree, cant say I believe it took 3 hours but unless i stood over them I have to trust them (not that I do).
  15. Hens, I totally agree but I need to take it on the chin.. Payco
  16. Probably, we know they are rip off merchants but as I say I wanted it diagnosed by the so called experts and no chances taken. Staying positive as i said others have had much worse misfortunes than me. Payco
  17. Thats what im thinking Grundy. All should now be well for the 26th. Look forward to catching up with you and all the others then. Payco
  18. I agree, very painful. Could have taken it to an indie I guess but she's my pride and joy and the Nissan dealer was the nearest point on Friday night and they also locked her up indoors all weekend. I havent had the call with the bill yet so it could be more !!. Trying to be positive. Saw a post from another member who had his car wrecked by an arse in a Tescos car park so I cant complain really. Well i could easily actually but you know where i am coming from. Lager glass half full not half empty.. Payco
  19. Thanks for all the feedback. Just had a call from Nissan to say its looks like a loose hose..They are pressure testing it now for me and will then call to confirm its all fixed. Bad news is its taken them 3 hours and we all know what their hourly labout cost is. Expecting a £300+ bill. Trying to take the positives out of it though... Payco
  20. Boody hope its not a head gasket, but thanks r the opinion. That would be a disaster.. Payco
  21. That will be a nightmare if it isnt as I have put loads of effort into orgainsing Incarnation..
  22. Grundy. Agree thats what's so strange about it. Will let you know once I hear from Nissan today.. Payco
  23. Hope so Will. Thanks. Payco
  24. Probably thought the owner was bigger than the spoiler.. Money well spent I would say. Better than any aftermarket alarm.. Payco
  25. Not a good start to my weekend. Drove home from East Grinstead at 5pm Friday, reached Haywards Heath - 10 miles away when my tempreture gauge maxed out and the engine management light came on, car speed dropped to next to nothing. Pulled over to find that there was coolant running out the front underside of the car. Called the AA who refilled my radiator and checked for leaks which we couldnt find. Started her up and she seemed fine so we drove her to the Nissan main dealer two miles down the road in my village. Tempreture gauge was normal on the drive and no more leaks. With Nissan today to trace the problem which i hope is only a split coolant hose or something along these lines. Has this happened to anyone else ?. Big thanks to Zippypooz (Steve) for coming to my rescure with his AA membership... Payco
