With 6 points already and then caught doing this speed he is lucky to be around himself to tell the story let alone what could have happened if someone else had been on the road. Just hope he rethinks how he drives his cars in future and is around on this earth for as long as possible.

I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail and despite 3 attempts and 4 e-mails had no response from them. Very frustrating as wanted to send mine up to them. Website looks good but its of no use if they don't reply to you.

Sorry, still don't buy any reason for doing that speed in this or any situation. I accepted doing 36 in a 30 was wrong and this is far worse so it's medicine time. Sorry mate but that's a crazy speed and you should know better (especially with 6 points already). I don't like to see anyone get done but at that speed its wreckless. I just did a drivers awareness course for doing 36mph in a 30mph and thought it was harsh. Having done the course the difference it makes to crashing at 30mph versus 40mph or more to the point the impact on others is massive.You have committed a crime so face up and take the medicine. Sorry to hear your pain but you have sadly over stepped the mark.

I would get a headlight restoration kit for £20 or so and go through the sanding/polishing step by step process. It will kill two birds with one stone and restore your headlights too. Good luck.

Dug a photo out of me in 1984 with my first car. Purple mini 1275GT. Loved it to bits. Rabbitstew. I painted the rims white,my first mod and added plastic black wheel arch flares that werer fixed by screws !!

It's a little different to bonnet vents, bonnet vents have a function not just looks. Thess were made for looks not function although they could be used without windows but unless its a tack car that would be the most ridiculous mod ever know to man. The original poster here has used them in the right way.
