  1. Same auction. http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/23589/preview_lot/4927758/
  2. Have you considered Hydro dipping ?
  3. Are your headlights yellow ?
  4. Ian. Fond memories of driving up to meet you to pick up my polished plenum, strut bar etc and then several months later speaking at 11pm on a Friday night after you spotted an ARC catch can for me in Texas !!. After seeing Suzie I was hooked on modding my z. You have a lot to answer for mate.
  5. I was a bit anal first time a made a diagram on a thick bit of card and then pushed each bolt into the cardboard diagram when I took them out so I knew exactly where they had to go back to. Sick of always having one bolt left on previous projects !!. Seasoned pro now, but novice at the start. Wasso helped me loads in my first year of ownership and modding. He's a top man.
  6. Great guide from Wasso. Have removed my plenum and throttle body a few times now and its not that difficult if you take your time. Use your mobile to take some photos as you go if you are not sure of where things go back etc. Be careful not to damage the gasket too when you remove the upper plenum. Don't forget to put the centre plenum bolts back in the right order too and torque them. They are different lengths too so make sure you make a note of which lengths go where. Good luck,
  7. Love mine, this is a great offer and price. Sounds and looks spot on. Nice rumble, no rasp. One of my favourite mods (and I have done plenty).
  8. Cant believe this hasn't been snapped up. And you have Monkey as the USP !!. GLWTS.
  9. Welcome along. Nice start to modding.
  10. Great work Hodaka. Thanks for taking the time out to document this. Threads like this make this forum what it is. Well done.
  11. Thanks mate, useful stuff to know.
  12. Jetpilot.Do they not need fettling too ?.Seen the OP works in a body shop and is a painter so at little surprised at the thread.Interested to get your view though on the kits you mention.
  13. Thought it was rocket bunny but you are probably right and I'm wrong.Same applies whatever kit you go for.
  14. You have more holiday than Judith Chalmers.Bring it round at the weekend buddy.
  15. Any aftermarket parts will take fettling to fit.Pritchards rocket bunny kit was undersized and had to be suplimented by RTP.If you buy aftermarket products they will rarely just bolt on and need to be fettled by someone who has experience of doing the job.The product will only be as good as the fit.
  16. Very nice. When are they going on ?.

    Just WOW

Wont be happening for another year but in the process of educating myself and experiencing plenty. Want to also do my advanced driving before getting one. Been driving for 30 years but I want to do it before stepping into such a machine for safety reasons and to get the most from the car. Thanks guys.

    Just WOW

Having been out with Ady yesterday in his GTR pulling north of 600 bhp my plans for stepping into one have never been more firmly in my mind. Having done my daily search on PH I have just found the below. Given how rapid Octzilla was yesterday I dread to think what this car must be like. http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/nissan/gt-r/lhd-massive-upgrades-1200bhp/5252280

  22. Received my boot divider from Ian last week and fitted it yesterday.First and foremost Ian is a pleasure to transact with. The product in my opinion is better than oem.The simplistic fit is simply brilliant, tight as as ducks rear end.I recommend this product to anyone who is considering it.Just get on and get yourself one.Full marks Ian.
