  1. Welcome.Would be good to see you at the next South East meet I am arranging in Kent in March.
  2. Try contacting PTS in Worthing, not far from you. They will do a good job for you.
  3. Sad to see Graham Taylor has sadly passed away. He was manager at Villa when I was a season ticket holder and had us playing a good brand of football. Met him personally twice and seemed a real nice guy. Rest in peace GT
  4. Glad you can make it this year again Amy.
  5. Richard. What rims and offsets are you running ?. Car looks great.
  6. Double up with Bob and share the import duty.
  7. Is that SMD and Humpy at the Grasshopper ?
  8. Amended. Sorry rushed the date as it was closing date today for applications and the guy just phoned me. . Made it by the skin of our teeth.
  9. Hi All Although I will be z less this year I am happy to attend and organise this years event. I will travel as Steve's passenger. Brighton seafront car show organised by Ace Cafe London SAT 22nd APRIL 2017 10am-6pm. If anyone would like to see a video of last years event it under "Videos" on our sites opening page. We have had a stand at this show the last 4 years and we have all had a great day out there. Lots of club stands and if the cars, pebbled beach and sea view isn't enough you can always go for a wander around the Pier / arcades/ shops! I have a stand booked for 350z-uk, all Zeds welcome but we only have 20 spaces ! which is not many so first come first served basis. The show is a gathering of many car clubs and stretches the length of Maderia drive on Brighton seafront adjacent to the famous pier. You will need to be parked up sharp on our stand no later than 8.45am and will be expected to be there until late afternoon unless in an emergency you need to leave early. Focusing on the individuals who drive and their passions, and open to all motor fans and enthusiasts, from classic cars, hot rods, street-tuned racers, through to hot exotic supercars, prizes and awards will be up for grabs on the day, to include for "Best Club Car", "Best Club Display†and spot prizes for “Best Motorsâ€. I will start the list - We need names and reg's to send to them as they'll give me stand passes for you all with reg's on. We had a couple of instances in the past when meets were arranged and people let the organisers down at the very last minute. Please, please remember that members go out of thier way to arrange these meets for all of OUR benefit. We don't have to do ANYTHING other than put our names down and turn up. If you have any doubts about attending DO NOT put your name on the list, especially for meets like this one where numbers are limited. We all understand that life does get in the way some times which means that you can't attend, if this happens please let me know as soon as you can, please do not leave it until the last minute to cancel unless it is absolutely unavoidable. 1) Zippypooz - N44SSN (PAYCO too)
  10. I feel for our younger generation stepping into the property market. Will our future children only afford to live in houses left to them through the family and the remainder have only the option to rent.
  11. Keep hold Col. I want to stay in the z community. Not meaning to offend any of the z convertible owners but the car to me looks awful with the hood up. Ok with it down but I couldn't live with the roof on look. Prefer the coupe. Had a new Audi A4 convertible for 3 years which was fun but I have been there.
  12. Thanks Col. Hope you are not selling the GT4. I couldn't cope with losing my two favourite cars in one month.
  13. Thanks Irn Bru. Plans have completely changed. Some will see where I am coming from, some wont. I had plans to buy a 2011 GTR but have changed my mind. My Z has only ever been a summer toy and a GTR would be the same. I gave it some serious thought and the expense and running costs of a GTR on this basis just didn't feel sensible. My plan is to buy a white 2016 Nismo 370z in August and do some light modding ie Rims, Exhaust, drop. This will tick my boxes and save me about £20k. I can stay active on this great forum, arrange meets and stay fully connected with the great friends I have made here.
  14. To be honest I took a punt and put it on Pistonheads not thinking there will be any interest in Jan. Sold in day for full asking price although until he turns up with the cash Sat she remains my baby.
  15. Best ones are in the South. Mine is for sale on Pistonheads although I do have someone coming Sat who wants it...
  16. That being said my favourite one was when my dad dropped me off at my house after golf. Took my clubs and his out the boot of his car. I put mine away and he forgot his were still there. Reversed straight over them. Insurance claim and a new set as a result.
  17. I once put my wallet on my roof whilst I put some stuff in my car leaving our company car park in Sutton. Drove for 6 miles before realising, stopped and it was still there.
  18. Had my OEM wheel re-profiled by Jack at Royal Steering wheels, Top job. Photo below.
  19. Buy yourself a CTEK battery charger and give it a boost for a couple of hours. That should do it.
  20. Add to that R32's and R33's.
  21. Premium Bonds for the win.Maybe I have just been lucky but I have won more on them than I could have earnt in interest in the last three years..
