Thanks for all the welcome messages, I have just received a quote for insurance £1100, this is now not a viable proposition, the 350 was always only going to be a third car. I can not justify £80 per month just for insurance, for a car that may be used only once or twice in any given month, especially as I add in depreciation. It looks like I shall have to be satisfied with 'classic' cars complete with 'classic' insurance.

Wow, large format seems to be the way to attract attention, from now on I will try to find my specs and post in the 'normal' size.

Hi, I,m what might be classed as a mature driver (over pensionable age) but I still like my fast cars and faster motorbikes. I do not yet own a 350 but that is just a matter of time, I like the roadster but I also like the coupe, roadster? coupe? there must be a way to settle this. I am based in the Black Country, but I am quite prepared to travel to view the 'right' car. I would like to purchase my 350 from a current club member. If anyone would like to send private details (some people would prefer not to disclose that they are selling their vehicle) please send a PM. Thanks
