  2. A vortech vette 350z will be epic! Verging on insane. Good luck mate and hope you hear some good news soon
  3. On a positive note it was the fastest the Peugeot had ever been
  4. Hahaha the catch can will make up for the lack of power
  5. Does this mean there'll be an oil catch tank up for grabs....? Yep but you will need to find somewhere to fit it though. It's not that big but my supercharger and intercooler pipes take up too much room lol
  6. Haha cheers vlad. Il wait and see if I get any oil through the filter first before I go ordering one
  7. oh and what a difference now that its vented. the car has more power, more responsive and idles really smooth now.it feels like the cars had another uprev! big thanks to Bennett for making me aware of this mod.
  8. wish id seen this yesterday. I vented my crankcase yesterday but couldn't fit my oil catch tank as it was too big so just the little filter for me
  9. If it is the fuel rail you are going to need to take the plenum off for easiest access. I'm not sure if you can do it with the plenum in place. There is a great guide on getting the plenum off on the motordyne website. It's the instructions for fitting a plenum spacer but it's very handy
  10. Bennett you are my hero. I have the standard setup and have been using oil and a little bit smokey under boost.i thought my rings were away but I have no smoke or leaks so was stumped. I think I may have my solution! Thanks mate I'm a happy man now 😊
  11. mine is the same but hasnt started leaking yet. its next on the list
  12. Depends on what type of supercharger.a twin screw like Jackson racing or stillen will give all in the mid range but not up top so will change the characteristics of the engine. A centrifugal charger like a procharger or vortech will keep the characteristics the same and be mental in the high revs. A turbo would ruin the car in my opinion
  13. nice car. i occasionally have a little drive down to hartlepool from scotland to visit family. what is the soarer like? i fancied getting one for drifting aswell
  14. She's far from ghastly. Cars not too bad either
  15. ive rebuilt 2 stroke motocross engines but a 4 stroke v6 is a different ball game
  16. I'd love to build my engine. I've been looking into it but there's too much risk in buggering it up. Yeah the back ends lovely on it. It's spins like crazy but the lid gets pretty decent grip once you're going
  17. just thought id let you guys know what i was upto at the weekend. ive worked on my cars before and managed to install my supercharger and fuel system and things like that but ive never took out a complete engine. my mates fully forged and turbod ep3 honda civic snapped his flywheel so the easiest way to get to the clutch is to take the whole engine and gearbox out. it was good experience and im learning and enjoying every minute of it. i only really got photos of it once it was out as we were really busy before. the cars running 360hp and 400ft/lbs of torque. its a bit of a monster . the reason the flywheel snapped is the `tuning` garage that built his motor only put one bolt in the starter motor causing it to twist and wore away the teeth on the fly and it eventually split into 2 pieces. it was a clutchmasters lightweight fly so wasnt as if it was a cheap part. and the flywheel
  18. i know that guy, he makes crystal meth in a campervan! looking good chris . thats mine away into the paint shop last night so im running about in a brand new nissan duke lol
  19. Ha! Well the previous owner would have most certainly done it twice had he ever gone near a track! The EBC Yellow Stuff pads I replaced them with are a testament to my motto. ive just put yellow stuff on mine and they are great. one of my mates had them on a clio sport though and the pads fell apart at knockhill
