Yeah I've worked into the small hours a good few times. Was also using a 1.1 saxo for a while lol and that was soul destroying. They manifolds look cool.id do the build again but like you said it's the fuelling bits that worried me but I'd be fine doing it now

mine is broke there aswell but theres just enough to tuck it under the rubber. i dont get any air through it though even when it was hanging off

as for experimenting with the pulleys i wouldnt recommend it as its an expensive game. the standard pulley will give you around 360hp at the wheels, the 3.12 will give you around 400-410 at the wheels but thats it on the engines safe limit. the 2.87 is only really safe to do on a forged engine or if you have bought a charger second hand from a a**hole in the US that cant hold boost! not thinking about any russian in particular . id say to go with the 3.12 pulley straight away as you might aswell

its only really vortech you can get them from or things like filters you can make custom cold air setups but the car will need mapped again as it changes the airflow.you get the v3 charger pre filled with oil and you get 3 bottles spare so not really something to worry about as yet. if you are getting a smaller pulley than standard you will need a smaller belt. im sure chris can sort you out with one or some other traders sell them aswell as its just a gates belt so easy to get your hands on

haha i wrecked my standard pulley fitting the charger as vortech had put it on the wrong way, luckily i had bought the 3.12

im getting an air filter at the same time aswell

If I was making a supercharged drift zed I'd probably go for the stillen as it gives you alot more mid range with it being a roots type. The only thing is the stock con rods can only take so much and mine is on the limit with 330 odd ft/lbs with the vortech. The DE engine is killed with the mid range torque as that's what bends the rods so if you went forged it could make a great power delivery for drifting. I'd also say to map it as the vortech can come in a fit and forget package but is set up for American cars and is also pretty pants

Sounds awful. Hopefully it's just the clutch and not the gearbox aswell. At first I thought you'd snapped the drive shaft

Wish this happened last year as it would of saved me one he'll of a trip to abbey from central scotland. What sort of price would you do to check my map for me and maybe tweek it a little? Just I fixed a boost leak but im not sure if it was there before the mapping
