yea it seems same topic different week a lot recently Cheap cars now, people buy them for not much and want other things done for not much too, unfortunately nothing decent is cheap for these cars dont think for any car you can get something that is truly decent and truly cheap tho, and as i always say you build two cars one with volks tein brides cucsco etc then build a car with the cheer costs or version ie rota apex omp summit racing etc it will never looks as good drive as good or feel as special as the other car built with end stuff you get what you pay for i disagree stevo, i won a brand new mishimoto radiator on ebay the other day, still in the box and never opened for 99p! to be fair though its not every day you get a deal like that

I think we need to employ you as CMS purchasing department manager Did they actually send it to you? arrived today brand new in the box, still sealed in its wrapper and a lifetime warranty ! going to fit it this weekend so will know then if i need this kit. probably will as theres no room in there especially with the intercooler pipe there That's an awesome purchase. Even if it doesn't fit I wager you'd get your money back if you re-listed it! oh itl fit . yeahi think i could get the money back (was £14 delivery) but im pretty sure i can make it fit as its only 3mm thicker than the one they do for the zed. fingers crossed

im in falkirk occasionally but dont think ive ever seen another zed lol. if i see a ginger zed il give it a wave

Yep, thats the chappy. In the generic instructions pdf for the full return kit, it's the -04AN to 1/8 NPT 90 deg elbow. It would be the sh1ttiest design if it was deliberately drilled when it connects directly to a CNC'd nozzle. Both the nozzle and pipe ends are -04AN threads to - so ramming it in by only 2 turns before the thread jams up would be pants... Must be a bug - or should have bought CJM Although it doesn't look it on this pic, (as the pic angle makes the nozzle thread look finer) both the aluminium nozzle and pipe ends are -04AN. At the other end of the pipe, I'm guessing the metal collar with an O ring pushed into the groove at the pipe bulkhead union end is an upgrade over the two nylon washer approach. Undocumented, but makes sense. I can't remember my 90° bend having a hole in it but it was a while ago now. Mine also came with the nylon washers missing so I tried with just an oring but it leaked. I ended up getting an assortment of red washer things from halfords and that done the trick. It's also a good idea to make sure the plastic surface inside the tank that the return 90 bolts onto is smoothed out with a dremmel as any of the ridges left will cause fuel leaks. I speak from experience lol

I got an email yesterday to say it had been sent so fingers crossed. It's brand new but it's for a Nissan maxima. It's 3 mm bigger than the one they do for the zed but im sure I can make it fit. Haha I'd love a job dealing with car parts. Only thing is I'd end up buying more parts for myself

advertising what you aint got imo but i said my bit, im nto going to argue over your car just think it looks loads better without the randomness Go down USC or your local 'CRUIZZEEEE' you'll find random colour crap everywhere its not different i know its not `different` but you build your car to how you want it. im not too keen on the black/white/green combo myself tbh but his car, his choice.

ive got the sensors in the garage. il let you have them for £30 with all the wiring that connects to them

Tom I understand where your coming from, I've spent stupid amounts of money on car upgrades that most people will think is stupid and ridiculous, I get that. It was the way you came across in your replys to people that you were somewhat better than everyone else and money was no issue. People came on trying to give you advice but you shot them down which is fair enough if your decided on what your buying. I think it was just the way you wrote your replies. Sometimes when your typing it while thinking it in your head it seems ok but when people read it back it comes across differently. Your right though, I don't know you and you don't know me. The only way you can judge someone on here is by what they write and maybe you haven't came across great. At the end of the day if you want to spend daft amounts of money on manifolds you go for it because it won't be long til I'm spending daft amounts of money on something else aswell. Peace
