Back to the original question, my mate got aggressive cams fitted to his civic and it totally transformed the car. Maybe only an extra 15 or 20 hp but it felt alot quicker. Im not sure how it would feel on the v6 tho. If i had the money i would love to build a high revving N/A monster

Fair point. The discs on the front of the zed are only 4mm bigger than the evos but the back are 22mm bigger which is a fair bit. Would the evo discs fit on the zed? Are the standard nissan discs without brembos the same size as the ones with brembos(gt)?

Sorry i was presuming you had the gt. in that case i think why not. They will be better than the nissan ones and it would save you a good bit of cash aswell because buying brembos wont be cheap. If its pretty straight forward and you can get a decent bracket made up id say go for it. Hopefully it wouldnt be too hard to do. Hopefully someone on here has already done it and can tell you if there are any issues with it. Best of luck if you decide to go ahead with it and post some pics up

Personally i think it would be pointless more than anything. I had an evo 8 fq300 before the zed and i feel that the brembos on the zed are alot better than the evos. Im not sure what pads ive got on the zed but the evo had expensive ferodo ds2500 pads and good discs and still didnt stop as well as the zed. The zed would look good with the red brembos tho

Japanese performance magazine have a full section on the wankel engine this month. Its pretty good, explaining how it works, how to maintain it, what can go wrong and how to tune it. Its a good read and i would definetly recomend it if your thinking about buying one. Beutiful cars the rx7s

As far as i know you cant dim led downlights. I know you can dim the normal low voltage style downlights if you buy electronic dimmable transformers. Im 95% sure the led style wont dim but as ive never worked with them i cant say for sure. Your best bet is to go and ask an electrical supply store like city electrical or ross electrical and they will let you know what your options are and will give you a decent price. Dont go to screwfix or b&q because they generally dont have a clue what their talking about and charge way over the top.

Had this happen to me in a starlet once. Luckily only damaged a wheel and ripped the tyre off. It could of been alot worse but certainly had my a**e goin like a rabbits nose tho. Damn diesels
