looks very nice. Are these 18s? does it get over speed bumps ok with it being lowered? mine gives a slight scrape going over the square ones in the middle of the road and its not even lowered (yet)
do you know anyone with a code reader. I just bought mine off ebay for £15. its ALOT cheaper than what nissan would charge you for a diagnostic. Then when you find out what the code is you can phone up a private garage and they should tell you what is wrong with it. The peddal trick should be on the forum somewhere but i dont think the search is working properly just now. You do something with the pedal and the EM light flashes so many times to give you a code i think but ive never tried it.Im sure someone will be along shortly to let you know how to do it
I know most people go for the 19 inch ones but i was just wondering if anyone had a pic of their zed with 18 inch Rota Grids on it, preferably bronze on a blade or even any aftermarket similar type 18 inch wheels. Thanks in advance, Steve
Before i got my zed i read on a website that the auto was much better than the manual and suited the car alot better. Glad i got a manual tho tbh. Really like your wheels
I think ill put my cats back on to hear what its like. I knew it was going to be loud before i got it but i wasnt expecting that. You dont get a realistic impression by watching youtube videos of it. My evo had a full 3 inch straight through system on it and it sounded quiet compared to this
Thanks tarmac. I misread the first post. Ill have a look and add you on facebook and ill let you know when im going to go for the wheels but itl be a month or so because ive already bought a full exhaust system this month and the missus is getting on my back
Ive jus fitted the k1 and i have the non resonated decats and y pipe and its unbearably loud. Im gona get the silenced decats to see if they help any but if they dont ill let u know and we could sort something out
Thats a fair point dan. I dont think il bother fitting them as i dont think itl benefit the car other than the looks. And i dont fancy doing the wheel bearings all the time
Im torn on what to do now. I thought widening the track would make it more stable and handle better. It would look alot better with them fitted. I was wanting to improve the handling by fitting some braces and things but it seems silly to fit all them then reduce the handling by fitting spacers. I fancy getting some of they compression arm bushes now tho. How much do they come in at?
I was thinking about buying some wheel spacers and wanted to know if it impairs handling or improves it aswell as the pros and cons to fitting them. Thanks in advance, steve
