I go to see a car, get my rose-tinted glasses out and see past all the dents, scratches and fire damage, pull the cash out my pocket regardless of condition, my girlfriend tugs me..................................... away and tells me to be smart, I then go away, hpi it, then realise it's shite/good and either move on or buy it.

You might want to let him know if not He's been mentioning that his car is for sale in almost every post I've seen him make, I'm sure at this point Darren would travel to Bradders for a sale. That's pretty cool although I'm sure I've seen someone try something similar down the M25, not with as much success mind you.

If you check out Mighty Car Mods on youtube, I believe someone posted a link around here somewhere, they test CAI kits and found that they give no performance gains on a dyno. It includes using cold air feeds etc etc

So what are your thoughts? Are you going to go and look at it knowing what you know?

I have no ill feeling towards him and think he may just be a little confused about a previous thread thinking that my comments were genuine (it was just a bit of banter). I'm hoping that he's okay now, I'd rather make friend than enemies. Edit: Bradders, there is a bit of difference between a UK car with a few Nismo options on it to the import S-Tune version I think? Tradelink guy told me its an ST? Do you get S's and G's confused? Is it the Cat D one that's just gone up for sale?

ROFL You know I will As per Add above - I think we may have forgotten though O well I thought it was just going to end up on the scrap pile so I'm quite pleased it actually found a home albeit temporary.

Haha yeah but I think people on here worked out that it's not an ST? Registered as an ST. (or was that an STI) Are there any other Nismo S-Tune cars registered in the UK? Be interesting to see what they have on the log book. I remember a lot of this went on with BMW E30s Alpina, Sport Evos etc caused mass log book confusion
