The thing is in this day and age, everything is throw away that is why most people don't take things apart anymore because they'll just go get another on the never never. Also technology and understanding has come a long way, sports science has come a long way and there are perhaps things you would like to know to best prepare yourself for running or whatever. I see no problem with that and in fact I think it's pretty ignorant to laugh at those that want to be informed.

Well, if you've got a trolley jack and a limited number of tools like myself then getting to a few of the bolts is a total, total pain in the arse. Okay, I think the fact that I was doing it in 30 degree heat didn't help but it was far more hassle than it was worth.. I'd rather do a few hours over time at work and pay someone to do it next time.

Some advice for those amateur mechanics out there that want to try and fit their own decats. Don't. I managed to get one on in about 4/5 hours and promptly gave up, it was the most arse aids thing I've tried to do on a car.

Not sure what the point is here? There is a lot more to running than just putting on a pair of etnies and stepping out the door, it's why a lot of people end up hurting themselves with short and long term injuries. I see nothing wrong with being educated

I think people thought that this would be a place to share their stance interests but instead have had to put up with people not interested stick their oar in for no other particular reason than to cause offense (calling something gay / retarded is likely to get peoples goat, it hardly shows an informed opinion).
