  1. Better get on with it then , there is certainly a lot of satisfaction to be had from doing stuff for yourself rather than paying a garage to do it. At least with paying for the tools you have made an investment instead of spending that money on someones labour.
  2. Thanks mate. That colour along with the frost interior is what tempted me in the first place. A few in that colour for sale at the moment. Could always trade yours in and start all over again I don't think my bank account could stomach getting rid of what I've done and starting again especially to an HR.
  3. Impressive stuff doing this on your driveway.
  4. Nice thread Steve, love that blue colour so jealous.
  5. Nah, I think the new fuel rails have built in dampers.
  6. I got some 15mm in my sale thread if you fancy trying it.
  7. Got my exhaust from Torqen, it arrived safely and I'm very veeeryy happy with it Also, I will note that the exhaust came with a 'beat speeding fines (USA Edition)' comprehensive book it's about 250 pages long. I guess they know what you're going to get up to with the new exhaust on.
  8. Next on the list is hopefully the fuel rails to fix my underlying fuel problem and then potentially a new clutch in time for the Germany trip in June.
  9. Here is a quick clip in a tunnel The sound is perfect, it's just what I was after... Really deep tone at low RPM and screams all the way to the redline, it hardly drones in comparison to the Agency exhaust but make no mistake, it does drone.. but I can take it .
  10. I'm sure we could come to some...... arrangement. In other news, Stillen pipe collected by Z-boy nice to meet you today.
  11. Picture added of what the wheels look like installed.
  12. Replied to both, looks like Stillen pipe is sold but will confirm as soon as I get payment.
  13. Yeah, it's a set of two... I'll update the post as that's a good bit of info!
  14. Few items up for sale due to a change in direction Cosmis XT-006r First up, Cosmis XT-006r. I bought these wheels early this year brand new with brand new tyres, the wheel info is: Fronts: 18 x 9.5 ET 8 with Hankook S1 Evo 2 tyres 235/40/18 Rears: 18 x 11 ET 12 (I think) with Hankook S1 Evo 2 tyres 265/40/18 The wheels are still in excellent, not perfect, condition.. They have not been curbed once however there are a few marks which I have pictured below: First wheel (front): Some very very light marks: and an unfortunate chip in the paint from storage yesterday: 6mm of tread left on tyre: Second Wheel (front): Not too much to say about this one, good condition all around and 6mm of tread: Third wheel (rear): What looks to be a tiny stone chip: 6mm tread left: Fourth wheel (rear): Some light scratching I have tried to capture: 6mm tread again: Included in the sale is the aftermarket wheel nuts in anodised red, they're not in great condition but serviceable until the buyer sources their own set (comes with socket to install them): How they look installed: Just to note the wheels do NOT clear the oem Brembo calipers, they will however fit perfectly over the JDM calipers. For the wheels, tyres and nuts I'm asking for £800 collected. I really wouldn't feel comfortable posting these as I don't have much to wrap them in, if the buyer really wants delivery they are free to organise it and give me some money for wrapping. 2 x Eibach 15mm Spacers I purchased these from Cougar Store approx. at the same time as the wheels, they are new and only one was test fitted. Come with everything you need to fit: £80 delivered Thanks for looking and please put your dibs in this thread so it's clear for everyone. Dibs requires a deposit or payment otherwise I will go down the list as it comes in. Collection from Worthing, West Sussex
  15. Looking good Can you wash my car please
  16. Probably a Japspeed exhaust by the description.
  17. Yeah as Adrian said it's a Motordyne TDX V2. I'll definitely get some better pictures and I'll see what I can put together for a video... Maybe get Grundy to do some more legal recording. Yep, once it's all on and settled in I'll put up a little post but safe to say the youtube videos of this do not do it justice.
  18. I got home at around 5pm today find a nice big (and heavy!) box had turned up: Inside was this : There are no more pictures unfortunately but I cracked straight on and got the exhaust fitted, finished in the dark with the help of household mechanic Keith. A few problems at the moment one is the tips will not go on, they are too tight so will either shave the inside a little or heat them up (probably try heating first). The other problem is the drivers side rear tip seems to sit ever so slightly higher than the passenger side so I'll have to see what adjustment is available. Anyway, all on and everything... go to start the car to make sure it's not blowing anywhere annnnnd flat battery guess it's because it hasn't been started for a few weeks and only ever turned on to move it about on the drive. Quick charge and it started. The noise is very very nice, safe to say this one should stay a while.. Only a little drone at 70mph which is a bonus, at least I'll be able to talk this time . I'll get more fitted pictures once there is some daylight and I have the tips on.
  19. I thought I'd overpay as you're doing an excellent job of organising this.
