Evening, Going to get my front bumper painted, chipped pretty bad , annoys me....( first world problems are horrendous) can anyone recomend a good painter around glasgow. Ive been quoted 300, by a place in lennoxtown with a good rep. Which i think is a fair price. Some suggestion would be appreciated

i was actually going to start this exact thread. im swaying with the original colour as they look great as they are just now. ive seen a couple with a slighty darker shade, almost a titanium. black isnt an option for myself. it always down to personal choice am afraid, let me know how you get on.

i got my zed as an exchange for my car and thught id keep my bike for the nice days, any nice days we have hd ive been out in the car. bikes are just getting to dodgy on the roads, more and more dangerous. am now selling my bike to by another car so the zed can be garaged and pampered like it deserves, if you own a zed for more than a month, youll quickly fall in love with it, sadly for my bike though. the bikes now sitting in the garage where the zed should be. b

seen your car outside parks, has a bodykit which i dont know which one. shame i missed you , would hve been good to catch up with another zed owner, so far during ownership one zed owner waved at me.

just back from parks in east kilbride where the warranty company coughed up for two o2 sensors which i was surprised about. any way the supplying dealer has agreed to do the old rotate amd regrease at nobles in edinburgh for me and they will cover all the costs, it wasnt the whole new drive shfts i was wanting but beggers cant be chooser, they changed there tone after i said i was going to reject the car. so cars getting book in and clicky noise away. so since they have now admitted theres a fault gives me something to come back on of it comes bck. thanks for your input everyone.

just wondering if people have done the regrease and had the click come back. whats the typical lenght of time people have between regreasing . just curious

so received a call today from the supplying dealer. they have now went from not willing to help , to looking to come to an agreement on getting the car repaired. so the saga continues. i have said i am going to aim to reject the car under the soga, this seems to have changed a few minds. so hopefully a repairs looking good. fingers crossed.

the pedal dance gave me a p1142. which according to the ob codes is fuel restriction condition. nissan sorted the warranty part out as a rear 02 sensor. job done indeed

parks east kilbride got booked in for an engine fault code quickly and took the car there a few days later. waited about for about 3 hours went for a stout around the shops while i waited. car needed an o2 sensor , didnt take anything off me for diagosing the issue and dealt with the warranty claim which got approved. so will take themcar back there next week for the sensor. so far couldnt complain although i dont like the yts crew washing the car, dont mind them hoovering it but. will give another review after the sensors fitted. nobles in edinburgh took the car back here for the,clicky axle thing, this is still on going. i will generally go to nobles for everything i need for my car, there service is great and have lots of gtr to sit and look at while you wait. plus the know there stuff

spoke with the mrs, she said alot of insurance companys wont affect your ncb for making a vandalism claim with the relevant polic docs. another choice is personally chase them for the costs. wait and see what the outcome is with the police as they might start the ball rolling. good luck with it. i would chase it all the way get the pikeys what the deserve

gutted for you mate. the mrs works in insurance,fraud, intelligience type stuff. shes in london just now but il speak with her tommorrow. i think it would be classed as a civil matter, ie you chasing them. but i cant help but think there is an uninsured loss type thing for this kinda situation. il speak with her tommorrow see if she can give a bit of advice. although usually when i start conversations with ,, right this guy on that forum am on,,,she usually switches off pretty quick
