  1. There are some fair tards in the world though. + all the above if a company cannot quote you their best renewal price to start with DO NOT give them your money!! if they can match the cheapest or best after doing your homework then they do not deserve your money as an existing customer they should offer the best deal for you to start with!! they show zero loyalty to you so show the same back!!
  2. i'm sure that i read somewhere that he has a deal with the burmese government that he gets to keep 30% of whatever is found
  3. pretty sure the elise is powered by toyota engines only the early ones had the k-series

  5. As far as I know from what I have learnt on the forum the tein springs drop 17mm rear and 14mm front by shaving 10mm of you'll drop 27mm and 24mm so why not just buy eibachs that drop 30mm all round or have I completely missed the point? I stand to be corrected, I'm by no means an expert!

  11. so you see that nissan 'recommend' that they're changed but you ask if its 'recommended' i assume you take your car for servicing at the recommended intervals but you wouldn't ask if its worth replacing the oil as theres nothing wrong with the existing oil and you won't see any gains from having the oil and filters done, so why would you question changing the plugs at the correct interval as for every 100000 miles not sure where you got that from
  12. Just been speaking to a friend who has a '06 golf 170tdi he tells me that the majority of mk5 140's did not have dpf's until the mk6 '08 onwards (if true may be the way to go for your short commute) He's also getting it performance mapped at Xmas for £700 this includes removing the internals of the dpf so from an mot perspective it's still fitted to the car and the map should keep the emissions down and the performance up
