i had a remus on my Astra VXRacing edition, it cost me over £1200 brand new and it was AMAZING!! how much are they for the 350z and has anyone on here got one already? whats it like?

Interesting conversion. How do you plan to "seal" the hole that has been created? I am looking at doing the same, and have managed to open up the reflector completely. Took some trial and error, but eventually they parted company.

 

I will be linking the indicators to the "new" indicator/reflector.

 

 

What did you use to get them apart bud? A heat gun? I'll be sealing mine up with clear silicone sealant.

 

NO HEAT.... Tried that and they blew up like a balloon... I managed to get them apart with a tiny circular saw, about the size of a 5pence coin, and finished the cut with a new stanley blade.

 

Doogyrev and I have just completed this mod on both our cars, Doogyrev has put clear reflectors on and using them as DTRL. Whereas i have as you know linked them to may indicators. DTRL on Doogyrevs look the dogs nuts...

can i ask how you linked them to your indicators? and what you mean? they only come on when you put your indicators on? (so they flash?)

Dont mean to hijack the thread but there seems to be a few of us in cornwall it would be good to meet a few other Z owners some time?

I know these are useless for most of us but am i right in thinking that i have seen a 350z (in black) with rear seats for sale somewhere? Ebay pistonheads etc etc?? I sure the guy/girl said it was a very rare import.

 

350GT as opposed to 350z GT (pack) yes it's an import.

If you trawl the for sale threads back about 18 months back? There is/was a nice red one for sale.

Manuals are rare as most imports were auto.

You can also now get Infiniti G37.
