  1. Nah, it's an 03 model.. I can't get any pics up at the mo as I'm out and and there's no link for uploading from my phone
  2. Really? Why not buddy? I'm guessing someone's had a bad time with said (looks lovely) items So then if these aren't upto it have you got any suggestions from and English seller, styles etc And most important what type of units have I got at the mo Phil
  3. Seen some funky headlights on Spyder autos website http://spyderauto.com/product.php?id=PR ... hts-Chrome But I'm getting lost in all the is it this type, or is it that OEM light Here goes 03 JDM.. The high beam is definatley Halogen. The yellowy look, but low beam up against the garage has a bluey/ white tinge which suddenly gets brighter ( seems to move) after a few seconds.. Is this a HID on non HID headlight? As I'm struggling searching the answer and I don't wanna part with cash to a States side company and get the wrong unit (in a years time when it arrives) Cheers Phil
  4. Hiya Matey, I know there's a few horror stories out there but after being sucker punched by what seemed to be a very prestigious garage.. I decided to get a veichle inspection done by these fellas http://www.scotiavehicleinspection.com/ And I can only say it was top notch from start to finish, constant updates throughout. And not just a quick hour, spent over 3 hours . Fine tooth combing the car. 15 page report. They had it up on ramps at a local garage, the works.. The report even came back with details of a very slight reverbaration from the engine at a certain point in the rev range god knows what they used to listen.. But it gave me the piece of mind that I wouldn't be driving down the motorway again and the brake lines snap on me..
  5. See this most mornings, coming up through Linby.. Nice ride
  6. and all that to drown out the Nissan mouse in the strut bar That looks mean buddy, I'm guessing there's a toggle switch for hydraulic's somewhere up front when that thing is pumping
  7. I Read that too but I have many difference to the usual JDM according to the forum list I put the speaker setting on rear and music came out, I have no button under the steering wheel for the mirror's I have it in the driver door panel, but it don't tilt the mirrors just folds them I In.. There's no switch in the arm rest cubby for floor lights.. Think I got a Mackled test dummy As for the sub, the cover is going bye bye, a fiber glass thingy is being made to fit the space and lots of sound proofing I'm told
  8. Hiya Andy, Very Intrested in the wheels matey.. Sent you a Pm Cheers Phil
  9. I've got a non Bose JDM so it's a ground up install. I read on one of the sceptic's forums that the bracket for sub is in place already behind the drivers seat, just has a blanking plate over it that needs modding to allow the sub fitting.. Does it need to be a free air type or will any do? A friend of mine Is great with all things that make me light up So deal is i take him the stuff, leave him the car.. Come back, drive off and pass it off as my own handiwork Cheers Phil
  10. Cheers Dave Now to fry my brain on what to hook up to the planned http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/25/11 ... index.html. Installed after returning from me jollies
  11. Hiya Folks, Its probably been asked a thousand times but I'm sorry.. Just going dizzy now from searching and getting nowhere Right I'm after the sizes and designs of the front/ rear speakers.. Some places say 6.5 front/ 6.75 rear.. Other's 6.5 alround Also which one is the co-axial and which is the component types Cheers Phil

  13. Well update to my woe... Garage rang today... They can't solve the problems. Not told me exactly what they think it could be just told me they are transferring the car to the stealers.. Please if anyone has any info on Mansfield Nissan let me know, or is it just going from bad to worse Cheers Phil
  14. Ha ha ha ha... It's too hot for stressing.. And will just smile at me missing limb No it's a decent enough car but it's not the zed.. It feels like it has permanent city steering engaged.. It's flat and uninspireing through the gears.. But it does have lots on buttons for twiddling.. Just found a air freshener dial.. Wtf.. Crazy French car.
  15. Cheers Matey, As it stands I'll need a mortgage for all the bits I want off Alex No, she's gone back in.. And they've given me a courtesy this time as its there fault... Admiral wouldn't issue first time round.. It's horrid citreon ds3 Nice alloys tho.
  16. Hmmm yes and no, the problem happens then as I'm engaging/ disengaging the accelerator.. So it's hard to say.. The certainly isn't a problem getting it in gear or going through them.. It's literally just at the point I assum the prop is driving the wheels at slow speed.. But then you hear clink clink clink at high probably once in a 30 sec interval
  17. Cheer Dodgy, That may explain a little.. I stacked her Hope you've got your reading glasses on the list is long Adj front and rear toe R wing shell Front bumper Oil pan panel 4x new wheels and tyres R/ front steering knuckle L/ front steering knuckle R/ front control arm OSF lower arm R/wheelhouse hub? OSF hub, wheel bearing ass And a shite load of nuts/bolts/shocker bolts
  18. Morning Folks, Well after 4 weeks without my z get her back.. Loving her in this weather then last night that all crumbled In stop/ start traffic when ever you press the accelerator I can hear ( window open) a clunk as if something is struggling to engage on the rear wheel.. Same when I lift my foot off the pedal. Obviously it's at low speed. At high speed it's a intermittent tick tick tick which can be heard Then with windows up, not every time, but getting more frequent.. Go over a bump and it's like you can hear the spread spring squeak or the stutbar bar squek I can't identify it.. And more, the speedo, mileage, odometer is are having fits and climbing on there own even tho I ain't moving I'm really pee'd off now.. I can understand possible a little squeak etc, cars nearly 9. But none of these things were happening before it went in for repair.. Christ even in its damaged state I didnt hear the noises Can anyone offer some in site into the cause of these problems Cheers Phil
  19. .. Nice one.. I'm sure if I tickle the accelerator I can drum up a tune for you!
  20. Bloody hell, you can fall out of bed to Gunny then .. I'm at sunny F..kall, er I mean hucknal Yeah I can understand that, if it's just clean, polish, valet. I know a fella at heanor who travels.. Bout 40 quid for the full works.. Spent about 4hours on my Audi before I sold her.. I need the full works, clay baring, protection coating and not really found any mobile ones for it all.. But let me know how it goes
  21. Nice one matey.. Well I've just found out about the calvo meet and it seems a few people's are trying to set up a meet down gunthorpe.. We can always dive in the Trent if the @*!# farm is stinking as it does in summer. Where abouts you based.. I've just stumbled across these at Mansfield http://www.pwpro.co.uk/cars/
