  1. Quick iPhone pic from the promo photoshoot at Budleigh Salterton, Devon. And a few from a recent shoot at Shakespeare County Raceway.
  2. I've seen a bloke hit it with a hammer. And Shezza even paid him to do so!
  3. All eyes on you mate. Glad to see you can make it
  4. I'll be on the on club stand without my car making you ham rolls and coffee Woohoo. I'm happy with that And congratulations. That was your 1000th post. You're now a Z Veteran.
  5. Hey at least I'm gonna be on our club stand Adele I was saving that £5 so I could get my car fully hand detailed by the local migrants the day before....
  6. Ahh ok. Looks like it's my bad. I'll chuck 'em another fiver
  7. Anybody else had an email today from Castle Combe requesting another £5 if they want to be part of the club stand? I paid £15 and assumed that was the advance (discounted) price?
  8. OP - Did the eBay listing you found feature a 350Z? If so, it's mine Was talking to the guy that made them and we tried it on my car. I was interested until it came to price. Would be really simple to make if you had the materials and resource. But £55 is a bit steep when the same job can be done with a £3 lanyard and looks just as good (as demonstrated above).
  9. Intrigued.... £90 for a pair of bulbs does seem a lot, BUT do they really make that much of a noticeable improvement on the candle like original bulbs? If so, that's a relative bargain IMO, especially compared to the cost of a pair of the facelift lights.

    Bonnet struts

It's normal. The struts (or dampers) are not designed to open/lift the bonnet completely on their own, but to hold it open. I wouldn't worry too much about it. As Payco said, there is a right and wrong way of fitting them, so just check this
  11. Haha Had nothing to do with temptation. More the coffee, cake, ham rolls and girls not wearing very much.

  13. Just found this post and only read first few comments (and the advice given). I really need this thread right now, so commenting so I can find it later when I can read thoroughly.
  14. I bought this one in a sale for £80 IIRC. Money very well spent - it's an awesome kit with working diff, drive shafts (so you can see the V8 in motion, although there are no cylinder heads so I think compression was compromised ). Brilliant kit, just go buy it Brillo
  15. Sorry, no help or advice, but commenting so I can follow the thread. I did the same as you last year on my nearside rear arch - Had work completed on the understanding that rust may reappear at a later date. I didn't think that a 'later date' would happen so soon. I now have rust spots on both rear arches I think it'll be a case of sourcing a decent rear quarter panel(s) and cutting out the necessary (and hoping the rust hasn't already started on the donor arch).
  16. Tempted. I know the clock is ticking, I know, I know.... At least I'll find this thread a lot easier now!
  17. OMG That's shocking, but did make me chuckle. Thanks for sharing Kieran.
  18. Sorry to hear of your loss mate. I'm sure your father was and will forever continue to be very proud of what you've achieved - It's a mighty fine Z you have there.
  19. Much better than that awful grey colour Looks good fella

It's just split as in the pic. Not sure if you can glue or weld PU but I imagine it'll be pretty easy to make look presentable. By the sounds of it, it'll be going on a drift car rather than a show car, so it might just do the job mate. I'm only in Kidderminster, so you're welcome to come take a look. (I just need to remember where I put it)

Whereabouts are you located Doug? I've still got my damaged Tarmac Sportz Nismo style one seen in post #317 here: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/67814-me-and-my-zed-thread/page__st__300 Might suit your needs if you're a bit handy with the superglue. It's PU rather than fibreglass.
  23. Hello and I work in Wolves so will keep my eyes open for you (I normally just close them as I'm entering the city)
  24. Indeed! It's also very flammable and the 'correct' way to drink it is to light it, then use your palm to put the fire out. Great stuff!
  25. Contact wasso as he had some I got from him when I miss placed some. In fact I might still have some somewhere. How many you needing? Cheers, I did try Wasso, but he only had spacers to go with the kits he had. Just had a quick search for M10 8mm spacers on eBay and I think I've found something suitable. Can get a pack of 10 for £16 (I only need 8).
