Annie .............. Punish, always punish -
Not quite true Miss Twobears............. The sex has to be good before i get engaged, and actually I tend to go straight in for marriage, and as I'm not divorced from Mrs Builder49 The Third yet, then I can't ppossibly get remarried !!!! Anyway I'm not sure his legs will be as nice in stockings as I would like? I believe Doogyrev might have helped with those pics, which I'm sure we are all wanting to see

So I'm a LEVEL 42 type of guy

Can't wait! Sounds like my kinda guy, in the totally platonic sense before he or anyone else reads into that! Be warned, I don't think Dave does platonic? He strikes me as a 'use em and abuse em' type of guy He did show me his pretty lights and dials, and for those who've sat with him in his den of prettiness, hasn't he got a lovely knob !!! (oooo maybe the tongue is the wrong smiley?) And the exhaust had a hallucinogenic note don't remember much after that can't remember at all how he detailed all the parts of his wonderful system must ask him to tell me again, cos i need one He did look my little Miss Marmite over, but seemed slightly bemused with it all. Maybe he had 'used me and wanted to lose me' by that point? Anyway, he seemed ok, but best not approach him on your own.

Cheers Dave Although to be fair, that's what worries me Paul

As children we were always taught never to talk or meet strangers. As adults you'd think we would have learnt to stick to that rule? Yesterday I had arranged to meet someone at a large shopping centre just off the M25. Now you would all think that was a safe enough thing to do? Didn't really know much about the guy, but we had original come in contact with each other via a website. Now the website in question caters not only for men, as there are women on it too, but I guess it is mainly male dominated? General conversations on the site tend to refer to the use and maintenance of large and powerful objects, and it has to be said that these don't work without the aid of a battery The guys (and girls) love nothing more than discussing the different colours, power increases, and little bits and pieces they add to make their individual items much more attractive and useful. All harmless enough you might think? So what could possibly be wrong with meeting up with a man from that site, in a large public place, to exchange a few items for cash? Well firstly he was a big guy And his opening line was 'I'm standing outside Burger King, this is like a blind date'......... I should have taken this as a warning He was friendly enough, and to be fair he had a lovely firm grip I knew from chatting on the site that he had a few funny moves and could be quite quick to the point, but he straight away took me across to the rear of the very busy carpark to where he had managed to somehow find a secluded place. Immediately I was invited into his car. I knew he specialised in 'In Car Entertainment' but I wasn't ready for what he showed me !! The music was very loud (and mostly 80's based). the seats were comfortable, and with the blacked out roof (instead of the standard grey) the area was very comfortable and relaxing. We talked for a brief while about what he liked to do in his car, and also what he has plans to do in the long term !!! When eventually the discussion turned to his interest in stockings, short skirts and photographs he had taken, the penny dropped !!!!!! Apparently other site members had even put such photo's up on the site? Anyway, I made my escape, and I've learned my lesson........... Beware of strangers bearing gifts Anyway, nice car. And the resultant shopping trip wasn't where the real expense lay. The real longterm cost is going to come from the fact that I now really crave a new exhaust system having heard the exquisite note from the pretty blue car Cheers Dave, Nice meeting you, must do it again sometime Oh and where did you say was the best place to buy stockings?

Thanks for your help guys, shooting out to get some oil now. Cheers Paul
-
It is Diesel and it also flashes up OIL Lo when I start, which apparently indicates its a case of low oil level, not low oil pressure? So on that basis I need 5W-30 for diesel engines ?????
-
Cheers Mike. Its the oil pressure/level warning light. Only flashes for less than 30 seconds when I turn the ignition on, and only started about 3 days ago. As for the DPF thing? How do I know or find out??????
-
Mines still out, has been for nearly 4 hours now.... Im on a 4s Bedfordshire, so not all up north.
-
I make no secret of the fact that my vehicle related knowledge is pretty poor....... I can change a wheel, put in fuel and turn the ignition key, and thats my technical limit... My 61 plate Navara is flashing the low oil symbol to me, and has been for the last couple of days Now even I figured I could put oil in (and indeed I do know where it goes), but the type of oil is giving me a headache as I dont understand the mumbo-jumbo I'll quote from the owners manual..... With DPF engine: Genuine NISSAN engine oil *1 ACEA C3 and C4 LOW ASH 5W-30 HTHS 3.5 *1 Without DPF engine: Genuine NISSAN engine oil API grade CF-4 *1 *3 ACEA B1, B3, B4, B5 *1 Can somebody tell me what the hell that means in English (Scottish, Welsh or Irish) I'm happy to admit I'm a numpty, but I can do other things that are not vehicle related very well Thanks in advance guys, (and feel free to take the p**s at my lack of knowledge), but better to ask than put something wrong in a vehicle with only 5000mls on it.

Oh my god, you're right, there is a face in the first one... i think... its gary coleman??? What you talking about Willis?

Clicking Axle Noise Solved - Try this first!!!!!
Builder49 replied to Mrdeli's topic in 350Z General
Advice followed....... Click has gone Great advise, you guys rock Paul -
Was that even real???????? Bet they checked it for Mars bars afterwards !

Firstly I've got a 61 plate Navara Tekna Connect. Great vehicle, love it as much as the 350, but for obvious different reasons. Will be keeping the Zed as my weekend fun vehicle (no room for kids ) Obviously I'll continue with a little light zeditis every so often The new vehicle will be for family reasons. All of us in one vehicle at one time, with a little more refinement than turning up looking like Pikeys in a pickup Following your suggestions if I had any sense I'd be going 4 door minimum (but those of you that have read other things I've written will realoise I haven't much sense)! I like the S5 and the RS4, but the Jag is a pretty good call and not considered one of those so it's now on my list. As for the money, strictly notes..... Not keen on finance to be honest, but then I'm older than the majority of you and therefore don't have as long left to pay it off Keep the ideas coming guys. 3 possibilities now, and decision time is aimed at early September. Thanks Paul
