Google is surely the first port of call for everything? If it's not on Google it doesn't exist... fact!
  2. Mine were trashed when I took them in to get refurb'd, loads of curbing and had started to corrode... previous owner honest Smoked chrome, but similar result. Like I said, can't rate the guys enough!
  3. Probably a breaker... Interior, engine and GB all look good... There's most of your £5k there... Probably ZMANALEX!
  4. Awesome job, they look like new! Can't recommend the wheel specialist highly enough!
  5. Gutted for you mate! The damage looks minimal... I suppose it's bent stuff internally hence cat c?
  6. A mate of mine lives near London and he also confirmed this 2 days ago... Not exactly the scoop of the season!
  7. Im sorry, I know some may not agree but this scaremongering over tyres is ridiculous. Matched tyres are the ideal solution, but changing a 452 for a 453 is barely going to be noticeable, never mind steer you off the road. Ive driven in all sorts of conditions on all sorts of tyres and not once has a mismatch of grip been the reason for me going off the grey bit, and I dont know anyone or anywhere that is quite as paranoid as here about it - no-one on SXOC has even mentioned it in 12 years ........ Without being funny if you are worrying to that extent Id advise only driving the car when its bone dry, over 10C and Id also suggest keeping below 50mph just to be sure I totally agree, I was just suggesting an option if he wanted to keep the fronts and rears matched. You're far more likely to crash / lose control through bad driving than mis-matched tyres.
  8. In that case I'm really looking forward to getting some MPSS when my Vreds need replacing!
  9. That's if you make it home!
  10. 370 comes with RE050A, which are very good indeed. Not quite as awesomesauce as the MPSS, but I certainly wouldn't change them unless the situation arose where all four corners were worn equally and you had to do the whole lot anyway. ok - perhaps not rubbish but I swapped mine out once they were dead and done with - but even so, the difference is quite startling I've got Ultrac Sessanta's all round on my 350 and have found them amazing in all conditions. The Wales trip highlighted to me just how good a tyre they are as they wouldn't budge from the tarmac. If MPSS are better, then they must truly be exceptional.
  11. Can you get a part worn set of Falkens and then replace all 4 at a later date? Or, replace the fronts with MPSS or whatever and then replace your rears with these same tyres when you need to. As long as you're driving to the conditions, then non-matching tyres shouldn't be a massive issue. You could get unpredictable handling at high speed or in bad weather, but if you aren't driving like a complete clown, then you should be ok. Loads of people run with different tyres, not ideal, but perfectly safe to do so (Providing you are driving safely).
  12. You can get the halfords torque wrench (New) on eBay for about £55 if you search. I guess if you don't want to wait, then you can pick one up in store. I have an 8-60 and a 60-300 and they are really well made.
  13. Yep, pretty much every time I've viewed a profile is because I missed the topic title! I'm not a stalker... honest!
  14. I never really thought the 370 blue looked that nice until I saw one in the flesh. Nice car Suits.
  15. +1 As a Wales virgin I really didn't know what to expect. The hotel, facilities, drives out and general organisation were exceptional. No complaints from me and really not sure what could be improved?

Have a look at the wheel specialist. They did my rays, but I'm certain they'd be able to do the polished lip etc. The Leeds branch were really good and they have quite a few other locations. They had some Fezza wheels and a GT3 RS in when I went, so I figure they know what they're doing. They were pretty good value too as 4 wheels was under £300.
  18. Got mine from Concepz Performance in the US. Worked out about £55, which is still fairly expensive, but at least £15 cheaper than anywhere in the UK. http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart/description.php?II=1214&Car_Type=350Z&UID=2013052512561082.4.99.5
  19. Can't really go wrong with smoked / shadow chrome!
  20. I think I was doing under 30 trying to avoid that guy... such a nice corner to have fun on as well. He was being a proper nob and was well over the white line when I got to him.
  21. Had a fantastic weekend and was really great to meet you all. Already looking forward to next year!
  22. +1 for the Wheel Specialist. They did a great job on my Rays... look like new and the work is guaranteed for a year.
