No rational person is going to say that spending £2700 on some headers and cats is a good idea... unless they provide massive gains, sound like nothing else available or are made of gold plated whale foreskins.

Could be the slave cylinder? I had a similar issue with mine and once replaced (with also a braided line and fluid) it has not happened since. Edit: I think Clark Motorsport sell a kit.

You will get minimal gains with just an exhaust, claimed gains are utter horses @*!#... and definitely no gain if you don't remap. It's your cash, but you could buy a cobra cat back and get pretty much the same sound... and spend the £2000 you saved on something else. Unless it's Ti then a £2700 stainless exhaust is about £1700 overpriced. Like I said, it's your cash, but you'd do well to listen to other members on here. Between us all we've seen and heard several hundred different Zeds in the flesh, so we do know what we're talking about... Most of the time anyway!

I had everything done at once, so can't say how good this was alone. This will add more hp and torque though and if you're getting a spacer and remap, then worth doing at the same time.

Looks like the other Porker is knackered too! Such a shame, but what an effort for their first year back! I really need to go next year! Watching on the TV just isn't the same.
