That is a touch on the heavy side, especially as you'd think that Nismo have tried to save a bit of weight here and there. You wonder how even more ridiculous it would be if they even got it down to 1500kg. Does anyone know what a stripped down one weighs?

Linus, I know they are your choices and I totally respect that... but your dream garage is a tad dull! That's about £50k of cars (if you didn't go for the GTR). 1. 350z - so I could still come to the meets and daily drive. 2. Porsche Carrera GT - Always loved the look and that V10! 3. Mclaren P1 - Just awesome. 4. Ferrari F40 - Basically the car I had on my wall as a kid. 5. Ferrari 250 GTO - A touch of class for cruising around the country... since it's a dream garage I wouldn't be at all worried about scratching or crashing it!

So only slightly quicker than our Zeds then Pete. But still not as fast as a stage 3 VXR! I know there are probably nicer cars for the money, but there's something I really like about it.

Not sure about the min to max on the 370 as I'm sure it's 1.8 on the 350? Oil change with a yearly service as I do nowhere near 9k.

Not sure about reducing the noise, but I think the motordyne (And other manufacturers) design the resonance tube to eliminate rasp or keep it to a minimum. A couple of members on here run art pipes, so I'm sure they will be able to give a more informed opinion.

Bit of a minefield really. You may find one which has been lovingly restored at great expense or one which has been done on the cheap. The trouble is you usually can't find out why the car was written off or whether it was professionally restored. I don't think I could buy a car which was a Cat c/d. If the seller had photo documented details of the damage and repair, then maybe it could be worth it?

Have to agree with Dave. Look at Andy Carol... He had a decent half season in the Premier League and suddenly he's worth £35M? We simply don't have the talent in this country or we'd have rafts of English players abroad in other leagues. I actually can't think of any top English players who play outside of England... and we don't have the best league in the world.
