Kia Picanto 1.1 - Had one as a hire car in Malta. It got stuck going up a single track hill in Gozo (Ran out of grip) and we had to reverse back over a mile before we could turn round. In fairness it was a fairly steep hill, but can't help thinking something better would have made it!

If no one has one then ZMANALEX or Clark Motorsport will probably be able to sort you out.

The beauty of the HR, it can take so much more power and torque stock, compared to the DE.

I'm having similar thoughts. I love my Zed so much that I can't think of anything that I'd like to change it for, even though the cars I'm considering are probably better in different ways... 370, Cayman, M3, XKR, M6 etc. I can't help thinking that dropping the extra cash into the 350 would make it even better. There's no guarantee that a different car would give you the same feeling. Although, I have heard some people worried so much about their cars after FI that it took the fun out of ownership... like every noise is your engine about to explode! Have you driven an M3 yet? That might totally change your mind if not.

what is your z now then? are you talking a road driven z or track? Sorry, hijacking the thread, but was wondering the same? Going forged and TT? Anyway, an M3 is probably always a consideration. The image is something that puts me off a bit. People think they're driven by tw@s. At least with the Zed people actually have to know me before they think that!

Had a TT tdi as a hire car. Couldn't fault it, although it isn't an exciting car to drive. Really well made and felt absolutely solid with some decent poke. MPG isn't amazing for a Derv, so petrol without the quattro may be a better alternative?

Fiesta 1.0 ecoboost. Fantastic little car, had one for a few days when mine was at Atkin. Yeah, I know it's not exactly a leggy S4... but you can always borrow the wife's car if you want to have some proper fun.

Not trying to start a silly argument Neil, but if he wants the Nismo sound, then the back box is the only element of importance, is it not? Everything else can be made to fit either with aftermarket or custom made. I totally agree that the full system would be best, but with very limited supply you don't want to further reduce your options by "having" to have the full cat back system.

So he'd be OK getting a Nismo which wasn't the full cat back then as I suggested? He'd just need an after market y as well.

The Y-pipe and mid mid pipe are different sizes from the standard matey That's good to know. So what do you do when your y pipe eventually breaks, do you have to replace the entire system? I'm sure people have replaced them with Cobra or Motordyne without any fitment issues?

Why do you need all 3 parts? The back box is the piece you really need as this is what makes the heavenly sound... The Y pipe is known for not being brilliant and will likely have been replaced on older systems. With something so rare, don't limit your options!

Is there no chance that something might have happened to the guy? I got taken into hospital recently, pretty suddenly, so would have had no chance to sort anything out like eBay postages etc.? I'm not saying it's not a scammer or hacked account, but it seems a little stupid if everyone can get their money back?

Do Luck... Tarmac is doing replicas so won't totally break the bank. It's the only kit a really like the look of and am seriously considering it for my car... although I think it has a JDM size number plate recess which would be a show stopper (Unless I get rid of my plate). I can see this becoming the new Chargespeed rear before too long, but there is a reason that the CS was/is so popular.

I've seen people put worse on their car on this very forum!
