  1. Yeah I did tell him most people would be happy with them just delivering and wouldn't have any special instructions.
  2. Had mine done at Kaizer motorsport too with Sly's brilliant Hunter system. Mine was out too and it did make a huge difference to the feel of the car
  3. Ive dropped Richard a note. I did get the email about getting a free delivery code if you do something or other on Instagram, but I don't use it so ive just emailed Richard instead. Are you an elite member? I am indeed. GRRRR wheres my elite membership, 11 waxyboxes down and no elite to show for it
  4. Welcome back Flex! yeah hard work is an under statement mate. Will, they should be shipped yesterday or today so arriving today or tomorrow, but as nobody has said they've arrived yet im guessing Tomorrow, il email dave again now but I wouldn't expect a quick response!
  5. Haha yes mate, I got the time to around 45 mins - 1hr per set but it was far too manual, many measurements needed to be taken and drilling was very difficult. I MAY make some better ones further down the line, but maybe not, all depends on cashflow tbh.
  6. Those parts are much cheaper than I thought, plus they're the better ones which are illuminated, wish these could be retro-fitted to the older cars such as mine.
  7. The microfibers that come in the monthly "Waxybox" are great, you can buy them from their store http://www.waxybox.co.uk/shop/waxyshop.html Im currently saving all of mine up to replace my nasty crappy micro's
  8. Personally, not my thing, ive always loved the look of a twin exhaust on a cold week-day morning with the steam/whatever it is rising from it when the cars cold However, for pure performance, theyre supposed to be better than a dual.
  9. FTFY I agree, lambo was probably going a bit quick, but was definitely below 30mph when he entered the camera view. The mazda actually pulled out on him.
  10. I used the MistX as both a drying aid and a final detail spray, actually quite impressed with it to say ive never heard of them before. The Nanolex window stuff is pure amazing, but as always with Nanolex, if you had bought it at full price you will see the reason why its damn good, puts rather a dent in the old wallet! Didn't use the tyre shine stuff, I am a firm fan of the Megs endurance gel, so used that instead. Didn't use the blind test stuff. Never seen the point in those waterless wash things! The wheel cleaner was very good, but I used it neat so im guessing its removed my rim wax too The wax is another story, literally the best thing I have EVER used. If I had deep pockets id be using it all the time. Went on and came off so easily and even 3 days later it looks perfect, after I had removed the Sahara desert that got dropped on it yesterday anyway! Has anyone else got the discount code to work for next month, seems to have dies
  11. No worries mate (I wont call you Graham seeing as you're being nice to me ). Really happy that you like them. If you have any issues, just drop me a message
  12. Just received my 2nd hand A/C rad & brake pad shims from Ewan at Clark Motorsport. Packaged really well thankfully and he dealt really quickly with my incessant questions. Glad to see the good service Alex used to offer on parts has seemed to follow over to Clark Motorsports
  13. Anyone else tried the discount code for this months new box? Appears to not work The amazing wax in last months box was autoFinesse desire wax ! http://shop.autofinesse.co.uk/desire-200ml
  14. Yeah, depending how quick they were with shipping, Tuesday or Wednesday I would expect possibly Thursday, but most likely it will be Wednesday.
  15. Invoice to SGS has been just been paid
  16. That really sucks mate, I think we could all see how much you loved your Zed, and obviously you had your career all lined up too. Thankfuly (if there can be such a thing) this all happened before you moved out there so this was more of a massive speed-bump rather than a complete **** up. Glad to see you back on the club, and maybe back in a Zed sometime soon
  17. Have too agree with this. The megs stuff isn't the most expensive, or the cheapest, but the results are above its price point if you put the work in. My detailing bag consists of 90% megs products for this reason.
  18. Bulbs could be towards the end off their life. Odds are that any bulb would look better off that's the case. Being absolutely honest, buy them from eBay, but from a UK seller, look for bulbs around the £20-30 price range for a set. Halfords will try to charge you £75 for a single bulb and its a rip off.

Id agree, price is about right. When I had it done on my Celica, it was £340 for the system custom designed from the cat back with a single tip. If I wanted the centre section doing he said that would be £200.
  20. It does indeed feel that we want these things more than SGS want to sell them! Lol. Hoping to have this all wrapped up on Monday. Will update you as/when
  21. Prices all confirmed, sadly the accounts guys went home, so il be paying for the order Monday, with delivery expected to you all on Tuesday or Wednesday
  22. Id suggest dousing the entire thing in some strong APC, leave it to work in for around 5 mins and then rinse with water, apply more APC and then use a steam cleaner to try to get the rest off. Id suggest, as other have, using something like a wheel brush, or even just a brush from a dustpan and brush set, anything more and you may damage the fins.
  23. Bet your sorry you volunteered for this..!! Wellll, its taken up a lot of my time for the past two days, but its worth it for the club
  24. Not sure on the blue badge will, but we all have different tastes. Liking the spats and the stripe though
